What is the best way to prepare yourself for a night of sex? I am going to hang out with this girl on sunday night and it is basically agreed upon that we are gonna do it all night. Last time she wanted 3 rounds and I couldn't deliver round 3, just didnt want it bad enough.
So I was thinking like wank it maybe 2 times on friday, take saturday off, and be ready for it on sunday. I also have some crazy pills called stamina-rx that u can even buy in 7-11 stores and they make u hard as a rock even as good as viagra. I figure I will save those for round 3 if i don't have the energy haha.
Any of you guys have any special preparation methods to make sure u have stamina?

Well the night of it comes down to desire, however leading up to that night working out really helps me. Specifically a lot of running and ab workouts, if you don't get tired ever then the problem is solved simple as that. |

strafe recommended cialis once lol. I would suggest not taking anything, and not wanking on either Friday or Saturday, sleep well, don't drink too much alcohol, and if you do try to balance it out with a bit of caffeine |

Yeah working out large muscle groups will boost testosterone (like legs and back). But I'd think 3 rounds is kinda a lot for anyone except maybe some 16 or 17 year old. |

Be sure to take the pill like at least 30minutes ahead...have a friend of mine that use to take pills, but only when he's drunk. It increases your game a lot, esp when drunk. But don't think you'll need it for only 3 rounds sober..hey just take a break for 15minutes or so...then jump on again. Seeeeexxxyyy tiiimee.. |
