It might not be that easy. I dont think you can realistically just say "from now on ill do this" and expect it to happen. You have to train yourself out of these bad habits and change your mindset. You can remember this feeling and how crappy it feels and use it to make sure it doesnt happen again.

yeah so true. old habits die hard, you really have to make a conscious effort to break them. I talk from experience and I've failed a lot too lol.
