No it ain't about the song.

Basically recently in life I've been looking back on how I live and came to a conclusion I have to make some serious changes.

The fact is I drink too much,I smoke too much and I generally live a pretty unhealthy life,this came along with the pros of having money due to poker...Before I barely could go out and spend like 200KN,now when I go out I spend five times that amount which ofcourse means I drink way more then before,not to mention eating junk food.

I have gained a lot of weight,I'm a bulky guy and I'm pretty tall so people don't realize how much KG's I actually got,but I started to feel genuine concern for myself.

So I made some resolves of which first is to stop drinking beer because I heard it affects gaining weight quite a lot and well I spend a lot of money on it,so saving money plus losing weight...Obviously a winner combination.

I would also like to ask you if you maybe remember the thread in General where MezmerizePLZ wrote how he had a prop bet about losing weight vs Peachy,please link to me it,it contains some content I'd like to read up,but unfortunately I was unable to find it myself.

Concerning the weight I'm like 190cm and I have 93-95kg's it varies about there.I'm looking to make it down to 83-85kg's basically gonna try to lose 10 KG's within two months...Can someone tell me is this even possible?

Oh well I hope this read wasn't too much of a drag,gl at the tables people.

Oh and if someone has some kick-ass diet they used themselves and it actually worked,PM it.

stop eating/drinking sugar = best adjustment

And dont listen to most people about this topic because they have no fucking clue at all what they are talking about. Buy a book or discuss topic with someone you think have a clue instead.

Avoid sugars, like someone said above. Try and cut out most drinks that aren't water as nearly all of them are just extra calories and sugars. This include fruit juice, soda, sports drinks, beer, etc.

Plan for failure. Everyone breaks their diet once in awhile, accept it and maybe even plan for it. I set days for myself where i'll get something special if I work out really hard. This week i treated myself to a milkshake from an ice cream shop. Was Great! Just realize that sometimes you cant eat properly, but don't let that deter you from always trying to.

Eat a lot of protein as it takes longer to digest therefor you won't be hungry as often. The diet I'm on requires you to eat a lean protein and a vegetable(sometimes a fruit)[for carbohydrates] at every meal.

Make sure you're not skipping meals as oppose to eating healthier items. People who only eat once a day will start to lose weight, but then their metabolism will slow down and they will gain a lot of it back. I'd recommend you eat 3 times a day, 4-5 times a day if your actively working out / exercising.

When I wanna lose weight i quit drinking any liquid other than water

this alone makes me lose 1-2lbs a week

you should try working out or get involved in a sport as well...soccer help(ed/s) me lose/maintain my weight despite having a shitty diet...diet AND exercise are key....

Go to a gym and start pumping, and tweak your eating habits a bit.
