The main villain is nediely who is playing 94/0/14 over 47 hands. I value raise preflop but being deep and having JJ is definitely scary. Flop sucks and he snap checks it back. Turn he bets, I tank and fold. God I wanna kick my own ass right now for making such a shitty fold. Had to stop the session to make sure I don't tilt. This is the most steamed up I've been in ages. I guess I haven't blown such a huge pot in a while. Totally failed.

I found a series on DC called "Twee Bets" by "Nolan". I'm assuming that it's our Nolan and not some impostor. I mean, how many Nolan's who pwn at poker could there be? But I wanna confirm that it is him so that if I see him in the future I don't go "hey I loved your twee bet series" and it turns out it was another Nolan, so the real Nolan looks at me like I'm an idiot.
On another note I played 4.8k hands yesterday. That's the most hands I've played in one day in a long time. Only got 12k hands on the month though. Such grind fail. I used to get 40k hands pretty consistently each month, but for the last few months I've rarely broken 20k hands. Not good. So I'm trying to get myself to grind a lot more. Hoping to get between 10-15k hands this weekend. I'm off to a good start!
I just discovered the world of sport betting by randomly browsing the partypoker software.
I didnt know it was so advanced actually. I thought you could only bet on who will win & lose but in fact you can place your bet on almost everything (number of goals, first/last to score, who score it, score at the end of first/second half and so on...) It's amazing.
I'm going to place my very first bet on France vs Eire tonight (100$ france win).
Eire v France
Eire win:3.10 Even:3.00 France win:2.30 32+
Qualification Playoff
I might win 230$ if france win hehe
Very exciting!
So my question is :
What's the best software for sport betting?
As partypoker isnt fully dedicated to sport betting there should be a better and more sofisticated ones...
After watching the Coaching Tree and Real life grinder series I got to the last series that I got DL'ed from my DC trial:
Turning the corner. And I seriously can't get my head around if the dude is so horrible or If I have to reinvent my poker completely.
A)77 - Limp in SB woot?
3Handed.
A 23/7/1 dude limps on the button with 55 bb stack
19/5/3 is in the bb.
Hero has 77 and the coach says HE WOULD COMPLETE?
What the flip is happening there?
77 you Jerk because you don't want to have 'Awkward stack sizes on flop vs 50bb'?
Get over yourself you dumbass, was my very natural reaction.
My reasons to raise, and raise a decent amount:
A) Our hand will be much better than villains
Ye baby, we are ahead and its a simple question of PF equity when we have more equity than enemy.
B) He is folding a ton of flops to a simple cbet.
-we will take it down sooo much of the time even if overcards fall.
-We sill have a strong hand ang can hit sets or get value from lower pp or sc that he limp calls.
Please tell me somebody how the hell can I complete ever sb with 77 with a limper, ever, period unless he plays like 7/2
40bb stack raises UTG+1, tag calls and hero calls IP Q7s
Coach: I fould fold here, but calling is not the worst thing in the world.
FUDGE MAN, I would rip his head off for calling Q7s, wtf are we hoping to flop?
Flop comes AQ3 and he folds, duh. Jsus wtf this is the worst thing in the world.
Everything else
Yeah I just couldn't stand this as it was an utter waste of time.
I don't know much about the author, and he does teach/comment on the right type of poker that you need to play to beat NL50, but he seems to lack the understanding on why exactly he would play hands in a certain way, and doesn't give proper justifications.
He might be a successful high stakes player, he just doesn't make too good of a coach.
If you don't get what I am saying, try watching Grinder or Coaching Tree series and afterwards Turning the corner.
The difference is like between $5,000 professional escort and a $50 fat hooker from the dirty corner in Bronx.
Only pron is left now?
To end this rant, I must state that unfortunately out of the couple GB DC vids I have depleted all worthwhile Low stakes session reviews/coaching vids.
I still have a ton of specific spots and theory videos, but the session reviews were helping me to tame my gamble inside by showing the common spots where I play like a madman at times, with reasoning behind the play.
My poker game is 100% adaptive and I don't have standard bet size, or standard opening hands at all and I always target my villains and table dynamics.
Many times to the extent that I forget that I am actually playing with two cards in my hand myself.
Here come the vids that help me to apply at least some sort of standards into my play.
e.g. I started to imprint the standard plays into my sub conciousness and although I simply knew inside that the 78s UTG raise simply will be profitable at the table I was playing, my mind wandered to the video and I folded. True story.
DC or card Runners or others?
For these reasons I am looking to subscribe to a video coaching site.
I am looking for:
A) Rolling Videos for NL50-NL200 6MAX,
B)Similar format as the two DC series (Typical good, bud narrow minded low to midstakes player + High Stakes player challenging him and requesting and providing advanced reasons for making almost all plays)
Failing that, at least high stakes player himself playing low stakes that explains all his plays and common spot with advanced reasoning.
I know DC has couple more series that offer this, are there any other sites that do the same?
How? How can I be setup so much? How can I chase draws all day and miss so many? How can I make so many draws only for it to complete my opponent's nuts? How can I not be able to cbet? How can I miss so many flops? How can I never slowplay due to multiple runner runners? How can I never flat a big pair preflop and never get value out of TPTK? How can so often I think I am getting value but only stacking off with a losing hand? How can my timing be so bad? How can I never try something new because I am always running into the nuts? Fuck off ... Seriously.
I literally had to punch my bed to take out my frustration because I had nothing else. Give me a fucking break.
Fucking piece of shit dell fuckers. Bought a new XPS desktop, shipped 1 month late, 5 days of owning it and 3 sessions of Modern Warfare 2 and complete system failure mid-game. FUCK

Hello,
I would like to buy a game on steam but it doesnt allow me to pay with moneybookers obv
I need 25$ so if someone can help me with that it would be very nice.
I can pay back on Pokerstars, Partypoker, Carbonpoker, Moneybookers.
I send first of course.
Thank you.
I moved to ftp for bonus and rakeback. I stayed at nl2 because I sucked so hard last nl5 shot. Insane heater at 6max. Don't know if I run bad at FR or should I just fold kings pre flop.
I have stop-loss of 2 buy-ins first 100 hands into a session. Way too many -2bi sessions
I'm probably going to get rid of that because I don't go on monkey tilt anymore.
Got to final table at $1.10 buy in donkament for around 70 bucks prize.
BR now $380. I started at $50.
Starting tomorrow I will play nl5
Here's most of my hands played on ftp. Missing like 2k hands played on laptop.
Worst day of poker I ever had. So frustrating, had set over set like 3-5 times ran super bad, couldnt win flips ect. Ran 4.5 times below ev for the down 10 BI's but tried to keep positive and tried to get even. Poker gods said nada. Was gonna post an ev graph but couldnt upload it. just had to get it out. On a good note I didnt tilt or spew at all which im still learning to control that, so even though losing 10bi's sucked i was proud not to tilt or play higher to get my money back. Gonna take tommorrow off go through a couple hands and see if i can find any leaks.
Im thinking about joining a training site, any suggestions? dueces crakced CR leggo?
1 million dollar slowrollby LiLZhiMiNG, November 13
sure most of you have seen this already but for those who haven't if you are going to slowroll someone do it on a tv show and not on the poker tables -_-
