do I go for non showdown winnings and also 2-3 barrel a lot or should i rather play abc poker and wait for the right spots to get it in.. its been so long since i played these limits...

I saw some 50 NL on FTP. Its a complete shit show where moves make absolutely 0 sense.

The variance and chaos is tilting.

Depends, If you always put yourself on table waiting lists for the good tables, you're obviously going to be playing a lot of station fish. Therefore, after playing these kinds of tables for a while it won't be bad to have huge showdown winnings and a downsloping nonshowdown winnings. Don't worry about how're you're making your money. Make the right play for every situation.

Although IMO, nl50-100 SH is the time to practice looking for good spots to 3bet light, squeeze play, and 4 bet light. Better to get good at that now than struggle in those aspects at the midstakes.
