Can someone recommend me some good pianist to listen to ? I've recently discovered that this kind of music instantly untilts me even if im 10bi down. Yeah obviously you can recommend like Mozart, Bach & etc. but i prefer somewhat of more modern pianists as their style seems completely different ( not that im so aware of those stuff ).I'm talking about music like the one in Tommy Angello's Eightfold path to poker enlightenment audios
I'm working on no sleep this night, I'm tired from running last evening with some girl I know (she's great to run with, she might be in a little bit better shape then me but when I get behind I just see her ass and my natural instincts kicks in and I refuse to fall to far behind) and I just had a BJJ class. I think I might've preformed better then ever. True, I got really tired and fucked up horridly vs this really good blue belt but he's owning me all the time anyway. Also true that I didn't do to good vs some other guys.
I did however finally manage to hit some sweeps on decent guys (ie: those who are better then me) despite them being bigger and stronger then me. That felt great. Also managed to tap one guy with a gogoplata from mount. And the good part about it was that he probably wasn't that much worse then me. Progress owns. I don't care about getting tapped a million times as long as I get this feeling sometimes.
Also. In order of awesomeness:
1. American dad.
2. NL1k, only limit I seem to beat consistently.
3. Soccer. Gooooo Argentina! And Germany. Or England. I dunno. Fuck it, I guess I'll just root for USA. Mostly due to the general awesomeness of Stan Smith.
Only bad thing is that now when I got home I got this tingling sensation in my left arm and I can't really sleep which sucks a lot. Asian chick will get over here and take care of me in 30 min or so though, which owns. She'll leave Sweden this weekend and probably won't be back so that feels strange. I'm supposed to take a train home to my parents this evening and I'm fairly sure I'll be tired as a retard but what can you do. I'll sleep when I'm dead.
That's right, I will no longer be playing on PartyPoker. I've been running kinda shit there plus the program keeps stalling every hour which causes me to sit out on all the tables. I cashed out everything and will be switching over to another site. You lost a customer partypoker. I don't ever plan to play there again, ever! On to FTP
I started tilting towards the end of my session today, and now that its over i'm really pissed. I did ok in terms of making money, but i made some plays that were probably stupid and that pisses me off more than making money.
When it comes to May results, I ended up about 4k eur after a huge amount of hands (7,6k).
My holidays have been really fun so far but I have kinda neglected my poker goals which were to play at least 40k hands per month and obviously play as good as I can. I've been partying and drinking a lot and because of that I had a bad mindset to play poker - I'm down like 2,5k eur so far. I'll try to change that and put more effort into playing and analysing than I had during the past month. I even made a bet with my cousin that I will play at least 125k hands (which is a huge amount for my standards) from 1st July till 30th September. I'm also planning on getting a new monitor. Many players get the 30" ones (2560x1600) but I think that the new 27" Dell monitor (2560x1440 and it's twice as cheap) will be perfect as I want to play 6 tables at most.
I've also been going to the gym three times a week and doing the Weider's 6 for the last month. I'm getting back to shape
Tomorrow is the day of my punishment in the form of the 'free hugs' campaign. Hopefully some of my friends will join me cause doing it alone feels pretty bad. I'll probably post some pictures in the next blog entry.
Just wondering if there are any LP members down in the Biloxi area. My wife and I are moving down here for a year or two and I was just wanting to see if there are any members live down this way. Also wondering where are the best places to play live and @ what times in Biloxi. Played at the IP a few nights ago and it seemed mega soft from 10 pm until about 2-3 am. Thanks, GL ALL!
