No particular reason. Just got back from a 10 day boat trip and was rusty as hell. Slowly added more and more tables until 17 cause my screen just got awkward at that point. For some reason mass tabling like that seems to help me get back into the groove since I run into standard situations over and over again and I remember, oh yeah, just do the right move, it doesn't matter if it works or not.
Played a little over 3k hands and went up about 2.5 buyins... haha. That just feels sad and pathetic to me!
Definitely played tighter but it's pretty hard to do that many tables of 6max. If I took more than 3 seconds to analyze a hand I'd usually end up getting hands folded on 2-4 tables. I played ok, but I got stacked in every overpair vs set situation I hit, as well as all the times I hit TpTk w/ AK or AQ. So gonna go play my regular 4-8 tables now and remember that... If I had avoided that leak, even one outta every 3 that happened, I'd be up pretty big for the session.

I think this is the first time in a long, long time I made a comment like 'Soooooooo bad' after a hand. She actually apoligized later, and turns out she usually plays 2cent/5cent ; [
I think, mostly, I played much better today than several other days where I won money, I just kept on losing 80/20 situations again and again Oh well.
Since i at new work for 1,5 months now havent player poker much. Some ppl asked how i could fold AK on 100k goldstar tournament but if u got 20$ br left and u can gain easy 50$ waiting 50$ to drop then decision was easy.
Since i won finished for 170$ i was back on poker. Tho i havent play no serious poker sessions and got my roll to 600$.
I must admit i have played razz alot and it has been very +ev game for me. I try to stick with 25$ nl but i dont feel comfortable before some 750-800 roll.
So I thought I would give you guys an update about my fall, what's been going on with my life, and poker related stuff. So I got back from a 2 week holiday in Chicago. September I traveled to Neuchâtel and went to a winefestival with a bunch of friends. I took a trip to Prague in November, and the last week I was in Chicago again.
So after feeling depressed for a bunch of reasons, I quit my job today and I'm moving back home to the south of Sweden, this is how they speak there:
I deposited some money onto crypto (parbet). Things started out good, and got a little rough, but shaped up again thanks to Stygg (thank you very much). I won a sat to a 13k grntd (50+5) tourney. I played it for about 30-45 mins and took the chiplead. I couldnt continue and had noone to ask, so I asked Stygg if he wanted to split it 50/50. He managed to donk a 4th place for $1500. I had to withdraw the money I put on my account cos I was leaving for the US. Anyways I got my rakeback whilst being in the US, I played a £20+2 on parbet and donked a 2nd place for like £230 and a played a short session of NL50. I have been beating NL50 with a decent winrate at parbet, and I am confident I can beat NL100 there too. I have been murdering tournies at crypto too, they suck. Stygg helped me withdraw the rest of my roll (thank you so much again) - and FUCK YOU NETELLER FOR BEING FUCKING INCOMPETENT PRICKS.
I went to my first concert (LOL?) and saw Muse too in Stockholm, pretty awesome concert. When I move back home I want to do a bunch of stuff, start taking poker more seriously (Got a goal to be at NL200 in feb), I gotta start working out, I want to get back into acting and into music again. Im gonna deposit $1k for NL50 after x-mas and murder it. Im gonna see what joboffers I get (last time I looked for a new job I got like 25 joboffers within like 2 weeks), and do some studying on the side, and maybe go and study an engineering degree next fall. Or maybe I'll be murdering NL50 and do a Saki and run good and beat NL400 within like 4 weeks (Ok you did NL100 to NL2000 in 4 months?).

Just finished another great (-1,3k) session at HU. I'm done with it. Not because I lost like 6-7 buyins in a HU session cause that happens (although I set myself a 4-5 buyin stop loss that I didn't follow) but cause I can't beat this game. I looked up my PT stats for HU on my laptop just to see that after 8k hands of HU at nl200 I'm down like 3,8k lolz I dunno why cause I feel like I had an edge on every opponent I played with (maybe except for 2 but I played them very short and ended up breakeven against them). I've been running pretty bad but come on - you don't lose 20 buyins in 8k hands cause you're running bad. So I'm gonna quit for a long time. I'm probably gonna get back into it in the future but first I'm gonna get some coaching (dunno when it's gonna happen though). I must be doing sth wrong.
Anyway, I've been running pretty gross at 6max as well. Especially at nl600 and nl500 even though I played just a couple hundred hands. As you can see I'm constantly pwning nl400 but get eaten up at nl500 and nl600. These are my stats in December so far:
I haven't played much in this month so far cause I'm quite busy at the uni and I'm going out a lot. Gotta get at least 20k hands this month which might actually be pretty hard cause I'm going to Poland for x-mas and to Austria for some snowboarding afterwards. At the same time I'm gonna have to prepare for my exams that are in the 2nd week of January. School sucks so badly
This week should be pretty fun though cause I'm going out on Thursday and Friday. I've got to buy some stuff for x-mas presents as well but I have no ideas.
I just received the DVDs that I ordered from amazon - first two seasons of Entourage (gonna watch it for like 3rd time) and Balls of Steel - an awesome british show with pranks etc. You can check some of them on youtube but I'd recommend downloading whole episodes or buying a DVD.

today i palyed for a while when i hit 21bis for nl 50 and started to play 4 nl50 sh tables and 4 nl 20 tables to make the shot ezzier. and i feel comfortable. iam playin not that lose like i normally play but ive to adjust my game to this idiots ( 17/14/3).
tomorrow i will continue playin nl 50 but 8 tables this time. i got 23 bis for nl 50 right now and i pwned this lvl ezz before so i think no problem.
btw the funniest thing why i dont run hot is that i lose every second set to oversets thats amazing but i think after this period i can play my set and will win it everytime...hopefully ;O
i dont like to show beat hands cuz its standard and none is interested in it. oh and today i was shoppin with my mum to choose my winterclothes and its a real nice jacket
cant find a pic but its with fleece n stuff and costs around 200€ and its my christmas present by my parents.

I've started playing 3 and a half months ago,and the person who got me started was Artanis,he gave me the first $ and showed me some ropes...After that I've realized alot of my Broodwar buddies play Poker,and I've been talking with Erling,Radiohead,Clawson quite often lately,they all helped me in some way with pursueing my poker dreams,and for that I'm very thankful.
This is the first month I've been taking poker very seriously,before I just used to play the nuts and trying to play them the best way I knew,which was poor...Then after some coaching by Erling,Radiohead and shaneomac I realized the importance of position and lesser importance of the cards itself,which was obviusly a great breaktrough.

This week is my last week in school, it's finals week and it's really hitting me how much of a fuckup I am. My parents paid for my tuition and I paid for my housing. Ive literally wasted all of our time and money only going to class on test days - I'm still passing my classes but it's a joke anyway. Well not all of them I think I failed sociology because they deduct 5 points from my grade every day I miss that class, so im obv failing it.
Anyways, I'm taking a semester off and getting a job + house and maybe I'll figure out what the fuck im gonna do with my life.
On a poker note, I'm almost busto after playing nl50hu with a $100 roll, If someone wants some type of profit from me im sure i will play some, but I think im done with poker for the most part, I have way too many other things to focus on and all it does it make me want to be a poker pro, but I have too many financial reliabilities to be able to pull it off and it makes me play outside my roll and I go busto, so yeah maybe when i get a stable job i'll be back.
Umm, i love you guys. this is turning into a neillyesque blog though showing my true degenerate side, so thats kinda embarassing and i'll probably stop blogging unless I have some truely good stories.
