David, A few people with questions on this, please publicly answer why any cashout would take more than 7 days to process?

Thing is for checks its pretty random, again, I'm the CEO, if the account is on Hero, not another Merge skin, I can take matter in my own hands to make it work.
But if you have any issues bring it up with me that support is not making you happy with. The merge network is at it's maximum limit, but I'm here for you guys.

I'm not on Hero, but since Merge is handling all the cashouts it should be relevant to Hero Poker players aswell.
Not sure what they're doing, sure I can appreciate the work load increasing but it seems they've stopped processing cashouts altogether.
Wish I was on Hero atm, atleast I'd get a response Lock Poker support is amazingly slow and screen the emails it seems.
Oh, I'm trying to cashout to Moneybookers. btw David, do you know if Merge plan to offer cashouts to VISA in the future?

Yea I'm not putting the blame on the skins, its Merge who's not processing the withdrawals. Hero Poker seem to have excellent support, unlike Lock Poker.

Hey, you are right that Merge does handle all the cash outs, but again, since I am the 'CEO' I can pretty much just step into the middle of the process and get it sorted directly with the actual person who handles it at the top etc. But I can't see why the moneybookers wouldn't be at pending for whatever reason...

As far as VISA goes, each jurisdiction has its own set of available payment options, so I'm sure that if possible VISA will be made possible, but with the focus on the US at the moment it is unlikely that they will get around to the other international markets until cash outs are a smooth as possible for the US.

And guys, I appreciate the votes of confidence, but please do not personally endorse me or the site other than your experience because ultimately I don't want anyone to get think that you're shilling or if there are any issues that you are put in a position where you need to defend something where you may not have all the immediate answers to.

Of course I'm not saying that I expect bad shit to happen or whatever that I'm not prepared etc, I'm a pretty pubic guy and I have enough personal resources/network that I can always manage things; but I just don't want you guys to put yourselves out there. That is why I have sponsored pros! lol.

Yea I just saw that Merge is indeed offering all kinds of withdrawal options, its just Lock Poker thats sticking to Moneybookers and Checks only.
I'm not saying that you're anything you're not, but the answers is 100 times better and faster than the ones from Lock Poker and there's no denying that.

I was reading the HEM forums, to figure out WHY my custom HUD would not pop up, but the hem DEFAULT hud would pop up.

Just erase the MERGE config, and your custom HUD should pop up.
