The Natural History Museum in London is having a special showing...think its called 'After Hours Science uncovered' on the 24th September 4pm-10pm....apparently a bunch of other countries are partaking in similar things on that day/around that time.

Destruction leads to a very rough road but it also breeds creation:

His earlier documentaries are much more in-depth, with attenborough bouncing around showing his pure excitement at life! I recommend Life on Earth from 1979 which is just stunning and The Trials of Life from 1990 which is my favourite - it focuses on behaviour. You can torrent everything he has ever done. If you want to look up his others, they are The Living Planet (1984), Life in the Freezer (1993), The Private Life of Plants (1995), The Life of Birds (1998), The Life of Mammals (2002), Life in the Undergrowth (2005) and Life in Cold Blood (2008). All the recent ones annoyingly seem to be mixed up bits of film from the earlier ones now.

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.
