Yes i can change my mind but so far your arguments are not convincing at all.

And seriously you really can realistically expect me to go read the book if you havent even showed me some interesting stuff in it

im not gonna put you down. good luck, and good on you

that said, this shit is not easy by any means. i've held up for 3 months before and somehow fell right back into it.

dunno what to say, stay strong and you will make it.

i'll put a mental bookmark on that book, when the time is right i'll get it too.

try taking up jogging too, maybe noticing how shitty you feel when you run out of breath will be quick reminders to some of the reasons why you are quitting smoking.

yea I had decided to quit at some point,I even pulled it off for a year or so,then two things happened:
a)obligatory military service
b)lots of poker

the first one made smoking the highlight of the day, along with eating an ice scream or something
the second one... well I guess you know about that...
I don't really believe it's possible for me to quit for real unless I quit poker, drinks and coffee and several other group activities that needn't be mentioned.
That said ,I don't smoke that much anyways so maybe it's that I never really considered it a huge problem,I'll check that revolutionary book of yours to see if I will be convinced otherwise

new shit has come to light... a-and... shit! man...

Good luck.

On a side-note, you claim people are being condescending to you but you're returning the favour pretty hearthily.

I've never smoked a cigarette in my life so I have no idea what it's like to quit and I won't check out the book, just wanted to wish you good luck.

okay, I will check out the book when I will have the time. I simply agreed with that guy cuz I experienced similar things, I never argued that you are wrong or what you recommend isn't better / more viable I just wanted to be supportive and share my opinion...

Stay away from triggers. If you have friends or your in an environment that has smoking stay away from them or you will relapse.

yeah baal is right.

its kind of silly to say im non smoker after 1 week of not doing it ;p

done that many times, yet while im posting this im having cigarette in my hand =] dropping ash on my keyboard LOL

and about the book, ive read it and while it has many good perspectives on things, these arguments probably could 've been beaten in the same way.

Well I dont know if I overreacted because I really believe in what Im saying, and it was like I say this and get "lol no, fuck you, you dont know .. etc" but anyways you really dont need to take my word for it, just check it out it for yourself and see.

And baal for someone who enjoys a good conspiracy theory you are sure fast to dismiss this without even flinching.

If you really wanted to know you would take 2 minutes to google search and see this is a world acclaimed method with very high success rates, but instead you prefer to argue with me and demand evidence. You want to me to copy/paste parts from the book? is that it? google search it and get all the facts and evidence you need.
