The funny thing is that except for that 1 fluke hit of serra and the BJP vs GSP 1 fight ( BJ is an exscellent striker)
GSP has dominated all his opponents not only on the ground but in the striking game, too

GSP is probably a TOP 5 Striker in the UFC 170pound class

But UFC desperatly trying to hype Hardy for PPV-selling reason

not just that but i dont buy that gsp has a bad chin, when was he ever stunned besides the serra fight when he took a huge shot behind the ear? he took a lot of abuse in the bj fight and fought through it

Depending on what they find when they do a more elaborate brain scan, he should be able to avoid surgery and resume fighting. Since his condition isn't usually life threatening (I think from what I just read it's like 10%) and also there isn't enough evidence and research that relates to fighting & causing his condition to worsen. So hopefully he's not gonna be forced to retire or anything.
