@ lw - aoki, alvarez, kawajiri. hell grey maynard deserves a shot more.
@ ww - kos paul daley or paulo thiago. all pose more intresting threats than hardy. if youve followed hardy youd know he basically lost to gono ( easily in my opinion )

i agree that soon fedor will run out of opponents after werdum/reem. but currently hes had a good streak of top competition. at the time he fought sylvia & arlovski there were no better opponents out there at hw trust me. people wanted him vs randy. i honestly think randy would of gotten brutally obliterated. if you think he should of been facing better heavyweights at the time please name them.

and like my boy raiden said. at the time he fought rogers his resume was as good as anyones in the ufc maybe besides brock & jds. plus his top 10 win was better than that of cains & carwins at the time.

other cans he fought. he fought lindland at the time when almost everyone had lindland in their top 10 p4p rankings. sure hes a mw but he was about the same size as fedro in the fight. sure it shouldnt mean a whole lot at heavyweight but it was still a good matchup.

all rankings and everything aside i think there are only 3 legit exciting threats left for fedor in mma. brock lesnar, cain velasquez and overeem. yes i wanna see him in the ufc after he beats the reem but i got bad news. its not gonna happen. fedor doesnt care about legacy. he doesnt care about rankings. i dont think he cares about money. i think he just wants to fight and make those close to him happy. that means making m-1 happy. m-1 is not going to let fedor fight in the ufc unless they co-promote. the ufc is never going to co-promote.

i agree this sucks ass. but its fedors life. how can you blame someone for making the decisions they feel are best for them?

Well if it makes anyone feel any better I don't rate Carwin either. Mir vs Carwin I don't think does much if anything for Mir. In my opinion I think of Carwin and Rogers as pretty much the same as far as rankings go. I mean Carwin in his last fight was out on his feet in the first 30 seconds and looked basically terrible imo.

I don't really blame Fedor for decisions because I think he pretty much leaves it up to Finkelstein. Who is pretty much all about building up M-1 atm.

Everyone you listed for WW is in the UFC...and do you really think any of those 3 will challenge GSP? I'd rather stick with Hardy, it's pretty much the same almost. Just because Kos whines 24/7 that he should of had the shot instead of Hardy doesn't mean its true. Last time he spent 3 rounds on his back vs GSP. GSP is like 20 times better since then, I've seen no great improvement in Kos since then. Daley is 2-0 in the UFC over at least 2 competent opponents so your saying 2 fights and you get a title shot now? Weren't you against Lesnar? Maybe Thiago deserves it most but then he has lost to Fitch and Fitch got mauled by GSP and also looked unimpressive vs Volkmann and only average vs Swick. Anyway I look at it all 3 of those will get destroyed by GSP.
Silva is only facing Maia and not Sonnen because Sonnen is on medical suspension until whenever. Maia is also on suspension and has to be cleared (he may be already but I haven't heard). Maia beat Sonnen also so it's not like him getting the shot is out of no where. I think Hendo deserved another shot though and would of liked to of seen that fight.

Kind of funny how Mir has hyped himself up to be MMA's saviour in his journey to take down Brock Lesnar. Almost makes me want to root for the douche bag

Frank mir is an excellent fighter who came back from a serious motorcycle accident.
