You weren't arguing with Baal. All you did was call people 12 year olds and telling everyone they're idiots for having the views that they did, without partaking in any discussion whatsoever. I can't think of a more just ban than that you are ruining discussions other people are trying to have based on arguments and facts. If you don't feel like taking the time to discuss your side in these things don't bother posting stupid one liners about records playing backwards. I agree that week bans for posting funny stuff in the ROFL thread is too extreme. I don't think that was justified we'll have a talk with the mods so that it doesn't happen again. General forum bans are never going to happen though. If someone posts in strategy higher than he plays he can get a specific forum ban because he is posting where he's not supposed to. Any other ban is typically for misbehavior and it makes no sense to stick to a single forum in that case.

So I guess that makes 2 moderators who believe in a 9/11 conspiracy.....

Man, funny how people pick one line out of a statement and just disregard the context. I guess it was a bad analogy since nobody seemed to get the point. (which was people see/hear what they want to, even when it's ludicrous) and as for calling people 12 year olds, which isn't really what I said, but ... I quoted someone who said "when I was in the 7th grade . . ". fyi seventh graders are usually 12 or 13
