Why draw a parralel? It really pisses me off. Quite simply, the Premier League is a really good football league which is based in England, in which you can watch the best players from all over the world compete against each other in thrilling games. The English national team is a team of english players who represent England in international competitions. What's more, there is no reason to think that all the foreign players harm the national team.
In fact, logically, it's easy to see that having fewer english players compete in harder games is going to better for the top 20 players in the national team than having more english players compete in lower skilled games. |

meh england team doesnt suck, every player in england's first team is world class tbh.
They just underachieve consistently, which sucks. Maybe they will pull it together for the world cup but that remains to be seen!
That said, jesus what a game last night, one of the best ive seen in time.
