Unlikely if the escrow person is a trusted member of the community. I think this bet will be very very hard to complete and if I could afford to I'd wager pretty big against him managing it. Like Marshall said a few days of running bad will royally screw you over. I think the sheer amount of hands he will have to play will make him go insane.

Then again I probably have a different view on this because I can 24 table pretty comfortably.

I dont see it as a problem. If you play 400k hands its going to even out decently and when you can pot pot pot pot your good hands you can multitable better.
