So me and MezmerizePLZ have been talking about another prop bet, noting is serious yet, we have just been tossing the idea around and id like to hear your guys opinion on this one.
The idea is that Mez would bet me that i couldnt spend X amount of time in the wynn poker room. The player could get up to go to the bathroom (not sure if there is one connected to the poker room). Other then that the player wouldnt be able to miss more then 1 orbit.
Obv where ever the time line is drawn really affects the odds, we were thinking something like 60hrs and 4:1 or 3:1. This is really the part where id like your input, how long is to long? and what should the odds be? |

and i think it would be fair for the player to bring stuff in his pockets if he wants, or maybe a backpack. |

Dude I have done this for no money. 67 hours in my local casino and I was falling asleep in between hands and hallucinating.
But I mean Ted Forrest has 100 hour death matches vs 1 opponent?
Its easily achievable if you prepare and bring everything you will need. (Gum, deodorant, mouth wash, cologne, eat well, drink well)
And you have to have serious stamina. Go for runs and exercise while preparing for this. It depends on your history.
Personally I would take 4:1 - 4.5:1 on this bet minimum if I had to do this again. |

Im pretty sure I could of made it to 70 hours though.
I had no money left on me because I had to stake 5 players that day from my huge wins.
Then i bled the 3 buy ins i had left on me while being card dead and falling asleep. |

will this go down over wsop? pretty interesting bet. btw i'm pretty sure there aren't any bathrooms in the poker room and the closest one is either by the lobby on that side or fairly far down the path if you just walk out and take a left. |

60hrs is to much, i'd say 48hrs 3-1 sounds fair, not allowed to bring anything extra with him |

yeah i dont remember it being that far though and you'll definitely never miss a whole orbit even for number 2s, live poker is slow.
interesting bet indeed but Q should stipulate the minimum stakes that milkman has to play and the minimum he has to be sitting with at all times to make it really interesting. not to make those too high or anything, just to make sure he actually does have to try to play poker the whole time otherwise he can move to the lowest table and sit shortstacked and autopilot, which almost turns it into just a competition of how long he can stay awake instead of how long he can play live poker. |

lol you think the 4:1 will even be worth it?
i'd imagine after like 45 hrs you'd totally lose focus and that might completely rape your winrate |

yea maybe i should do 60 hours in a tuxedo
ive been thinkin more and more about this bet, its deff more risky then the pantry. so 4:1 is a good rate i think.
shoud be fun, ill let everyone know via the blog if i start takin bets, im def gonna allow lower limit bets this time, i think its alot like staking ppl in tournys, its more fun to watch when u have a piece |
