Sure, sometimes it's hard to get a read on the turn. I can understand why you'd feel good about 88 there if you put him on kings (as I'm sure we all did). So yeah, I can see why if you didn't put the turn on a king you'd shove. But the river was just a faceup king. That's a basic read. Should have laid it down on the flop tbh. If your read is that he has kings and that the river will also be a king, just trust your read.

My winrate is trash due to spew/tilt/suckouts. Went on 2x $300 downswings, so alotta those hands were to try to build my roll back up. I only started three months ago, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can and be over rolled so I can have a cushion for any downswings, and being over rolled just mentally helps me play better.

I know I won't always win obviously, but when trying to build a roll for higher stakes, suckouts are pretty gay.

Speaking of one outers, I saw a sick 40K pot a couple weeks ago at 100/200 NL 6-max on PS. Hallingol was in early position with AJ, raised and then called a reraise from a guy on the button. Flop JxJ, Hall bets, gets called, turn x, Hall checks, the other guy shoves, Hall calls, river A, the other guy turns over AA.

I have not seen Hallingol on PS much since this.
