worth a try if ur keen on it and think you might enjoy it more than playing online. otherwise if the only reason is you think youre not gonna tilt so much its def just better to try and work on ur problems. i dont really understand gambling addiction but how hard can it be to just not play at times u know u shouldnt or for stakes u know u shouldnt.
id rather multigrind fullring online in the comfort of my own home than one-table 30 hands per hour in the company of some degen retards, would also save on travel costs and time wasted travelling +waiting for seats |

Plus the fucking boredom when you're waiting for a hand to end. That makes me tilt 100x more than losing 3BI in 10 minutes due to bad luck on-line. |

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

well being a live player before was kinda ez, had a very decent winrate. it's just hard to save up on your winnings at live though, so i was spewy in life when i won at live, buying things and eating out a lot. online it's like a little "project" you want to build and move up levels until you reach the maximum level, it's fun that way, but really lonely and depressing coz of the lack of social interaction. with live you get to meet a lot of diff people and be friends with them too. id say play online like an hour or two each day, then play live. |

you're not playing microstakes for a living... your luckboxing
you said it yourself, you've hit a rush whenever you've been in a tough spot.
you know some day that is going to end if you keep up your habits. |

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time
