Lostaccount not paying his stake

Basically we are disagreeing so I want to know what ya guys think if he does owe me and how much if so. Hopefully this is coherent and resume it well, I have discord chat to back everything I say; I'll post it if needed.

Lostaccount msg me on LP to stake me to play on a pokerBRO and that he is an agent. I wouldn't play with my own money on private apps. Basically deal is 50/50 with 25% RB payout every week monday. First week I ran like god, win around 1k$ and he send me a message saying his manager banned me cause I won too much and he didn't offer him anything (since I guess they ban winner?). He says he owe me about 460 or 490$(I'll have to check), but he only send me 230 now he says he owe me the rest cause he is waiting for his manager to send the rest. So we makes new deal manager 20/lostacc 30/me 50.

I'm asking him the whole next week about the rest of the money he keeps saying I will get it soon. I played a ton 2nd wekk but I ran really bad even tho I'm down like 350$. So I ask him how much rakeback we are getting and he says we are not getting RB cause of part of the new deal and that he forgot to tell me(raked 550$ 2nd week). At this point I keep asking him to pay me, he says it's too much trouble and he wants out of the stake. I'm like ok but you gotta pay me what you said you owe me(Roughly 490$-230$ he already paid me).

I'm frankly quite pissed at him. He said I was even lucky I got paid at all, like what the f*? I won the money. I absolutely think he owe me the full rest of my 50% of the first week profit. Even if we factor in what I lost the 2nd week he would still owe me some more and he straight up blocked me. It's not a ton of money but if he doesn't pay up isn't he a scammer?

Why don't both of you commit to plea your case and get it arbitrated by a couple of ppl you respect in here.

I can already say I agree. I hope he does too. I told him I'd post it here and he said go ahead but then he blocked me so I'm not super confident he will show up but we will see.

We can argue the case if you want, but if you refuse to do it whats the point? It was twice 490$can and yes true 350$ USD. We can post everything I was making a resume but if you are unwilling to accept the plea it's pointless.

Really this isn't about me calling you a scammer it's about ARE you a scammer. If you refuse to have it arbitrated then it speaks volume. I'm all willing to post everything to clarify it up so they get a clear picture yet you dodge it. If they see and think I'm wrong I'm all for admitting it.

i dont get it. Whats the balance owed when factoring in losses?

I mean even in the best possible light where we ignore the rakeback deal, seems like you didn't get your share of the profits even with factoring in the losses. In week 1 you have 980 profit and week 2 you have 350 loss. Net is 630 so your half is 315. If he gave you 230 then he still owes you 85.

The good thing is it's just the beginning of the deal. Imagine playing months and months and he owes you 10k and wouldn't pay.
