I already told you, I'm at -350us total for both week included, not -700us. I didn't have time to check for the exact amount since you said you wanted to talk to me and you cashed out everything when you said you wanted to cancel the stake yesterday night.

So u won 350 usd which is around 500 Canadian. I pay u 230 so owe u like 20-30$

The way you are saying it doesn't make sense If there was ever such a deal it would be over the money you'd owe me anyway, so if you owe me anything it's that amount +230 if you owe me nothing then it's me sending you 230.

Of course ur gonna want a arbitration if u have nothing to lose but if you lose in arbitration u might not want to waste any more of my time if you have to pay like I would have to pay

You blocked me not even paying the amount that you knew you owed me. You wasted my time by stealing me, don't make yourself the victim, you are wasting my time.

Just so this isn't a completely time wasted I'll do it for 50$c. Just to be clear if we do a deal. if you owe me anything it's the amount they determine you owed me +50$c. If you don't owe me, it's me paying you 50$can.

I stake someone where we split profits every month on the first. Month 1 he wins 10k. I'm supposed to send him 5k, I only send 3k and withhold 2k profits. Month 2 he loses 4k. Month 3 he loses 2k. He's now up 4k overall and I refuse to pay him the remaining and say it's now fair that he's received 3k of the 4k profit. But because I was staking him, the losing months are on me after the first split, and he pays makeup only if I continue to stake him, which I am choosing not to do. I owe him another 2k even though it means I lose on the deal.

That's the risk you take as a backer, an agent, whatever. If you have a deal where you pay out every monday, you pay out every monday, you don't change the deal in your favor after the fact.

To be honest stake was rush we never had a concrete deal, we just winged it
