you can hotkey screen positions by pressing Shift-F1 through F3 then recall the screen position by hitting the respective F key. It is useful if you need to move around your camera very quickly, but without deselecting the currently selected units. Most common example is having your bases hotkeyed, and then if a drop gets by into your main, you can select the drones there, F key to another base instantly and then click on the minerals to mineral glide your drones out of danger.

Not at all useless Whamm :-p Although like you mentioned some people just use them to free up hotkeys for other stuff, they definitely have a function that normal hotkeys do not.

I only want the matchmaking anyway, the less changes they make, the better. I think they just wanted scr as an option for old players and make it more compatible with newer machines, new players will never take this game competitively since it's way too hard to be good at and kids nowadays just dont have the time for such a commitment.

the look of the units were fine, most ppl only want it for matchmaking

omg just look at those zerglings hatching from the eggs, ridiculous, the deaths of lurkers and Zealots were pretty good in the original and now they look like crap.
Look how stupid the interface looks, and those marines being hit the outlines getting yellow and red now look stupid, ffs.

I strongly disagree. If you think Flash is going to be the king forever you will be proved wrong by the new generation of players pretty soon (next 4 years). As with WC3 and every other online competitive game - the new generation of players will always have stronger players thus pushing that SC HD is super important, although I agree there are many things they have to work on now, but their team is fantastic (I follow the official forums) and one year from now this will look 10/10.
