The Warriors are ahead too much for Curry to come back in, and there's still 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Harrison Barnes, Isaiah Thomas, E. Mudiay, and C. Lee ruined my teams.

Gonna try my luck again tomorrow, then call it quits if I don't cash. No point in wasting money, especially since I don't watch basketball anyway.

Well, I'd didn't get crushed at least. I had 2 gpp lineups that cashed to help with some losses. If D Rose hadn't of disappeared in the 2nd half, I could've had a shot at cashing pretty high

I'm going to keep grinding away at the lower stakes HU's and gpps until I run it up or bust, so I'll probably post some more lineups soon (but would advise against you all playing them)

i blame this thread

huge slate tonight, i'm mostly avoiding the main slate because there's too many uncertainties wrt injuries (Randolph, Bledsoe, LMA) where we won't get any definitive news until the early games start. i guess that's an argument for playing on DK but i just don't have the time/patience to monitor for late-swaps so all my action is on FD.

general thoughts though, Oladipo is coming off the bench now being replaced by Channing Frye (lol), so Fournier should get a slight bump. i think Oladipo could end up playing about the same amount of minutes, just getting his minutes staggered differently. Jeff Green should be solid value play again if ZBo sits, possibly Matt Barnes too. obviously Knight if Bledsoe sits but we won't know that until pretty late i'd guess. LMA is supposed to be a GTD, which means i'm unsure about Kawhi. Kawhi might be a good play even if LMA plays, but his price is going up and in a possible blowout vs. Dallas it might be better to look elsewhere.

Gay should get a big bump in usage with Boogie out but he didn't really do much with it earlier in the season when Cousins was out before. i think Rondo is still a decent play even though the Bucks guards play pretty good D, Casspi too. like Conley again. think IT2 could have a bounce-back game, would maybe consider rostering both him and Bradley to kind of hedge their production if i played main slate. would also consider Lamb and Hood.

PF i like Millsap/Thad/Porzingis, not sure which two i like most. can't make up my mind about Brow but would probably stay away even though he killed the Suns their last matchup. i'm off the Cavs stack with Mo back. also Thompson/Love get a bunch of their production from rebounding and Raptors are a good rebounding team...and Lebron might get his, but Carroll is a real good defender, so yeah off them.

Center i think it's either Towns or Monroe. Atlanta sucks balls at guarding C so it would seem like the perfect bounce-back spot for him. Monroe is going to be in a high-scoring game vs. Sacramento that's supposed to be reasonably close and won't have to worry about Boogie. not sure who i like more out of those two. maybe Okafor is ok too not sure.

all that said i'm probably just playing the Express slate on FD tonight

He gained most of his points in the 2nd half. He didn't do shit in the first half, which is when I made my original comment.

I expected him to continue his run-good on the road, and earn 45+ points. He earned 33.5 points points today, which isn't terrible, but I could've used the 7,000 points I spent on him to beef up my team in other areas, like picking a better SG...

His price on FD was $6700. So in order for him to hit his expected value at that price he had to get a little less than 31 FP's. He finished with 34. You have to be happy with that. Expecting 45+ is ridiculous. Somewhere around 45-50 is probably his ceiling.

A guy like Kristaps is great for cash games because he has such a high floor and also a high ceiling. You just don't seem to understand this

Carter-Williams is the one who fucked me the hardest. $5600 price tag and he earned 8.5 points. Galloway earned 2.25 points, so that sucks, too. All my other guys did well.

Anyway, I'm done with fantasy basketball; back to NHL and MMA.

lol cause of mcw I bubbled most of my double ups and 50/50s today by 1-2 points would've been nice if markieff could've done something in the 2nd half just any stat would've been fine

cashed all my 50/50s (by a fairly slim margin). Powell was a total bust and i feel like rostering him must have been a mistake, even though the options are obv a bit more limited on the express slate. still not sure Waiters was playable for cash even though he put up an acceptable # of fantasy points tonight. Daut had Korver for SGs in that price range so i guess i should've gone with him. i almost ended up switching Monroe for Koufos at C when i saw the starting lineups, but time was winding down and i just decided to let it ride rather than re-work the whole LU.

i think i have a leak where i get 6-7 guys i really like, and when i get to a point where there's no reasonable combo of 2-3 guys to finish filling the roster out, i just pick what i consider the 'least bad' options instead of seeing if there's a better compromise downgrading one of the initial 6-7 guys for someone who's average instead of bad value for my last pick(s).

i kind of overlooked RWB with his jacked up price+Durant being back, and Harden because Tony Allen/Memphis. but there were a lot of good punt plays, esp between Sacramento and Memphis. given that i ended up with Powell and Waiters in my LU i prob should have tried to fit one of RWB/Harden in and punted a couple more spots.

This lineup did pretty well yesterday. I'm just a microstakes newb so didn't get that much off of it.
