Has been giving updates since they were announced as the company doing remissions. I don't think this process will take very long though, maybe/hopefully payment by Jan/Feb?

I'd imagine sending out nearly a million emails would be pretty taxing on any internet connection. Still no email for me yet. Seems like a huge majority of them are ending up in spam folders, so don't forget to check them

the directions are somewhat unclear. it tells me to petition for remission online and links to a website that looks like it was made in 1998 with no clear directions as to how to actually submit.

If you guys are curious about finding out your FTP balance, I have the instructions for you:

Login, go to "requests", then click "Account history... (web)"

From here on the right side of the screen you should see in smaller red letters underlined Create New Request then click it and it will bring you to a page asking you to click on a bunch of boxes for 1.) select report type, 2.) balance type and 3.) time range. I selected All types, Real Money and 1100 days, respectively. Hit submit, and then in about 1 minute or less refresh the website and then the "pending" should now have a "download" button under ACTION in the right column. That zip file will have a player_account_history file in it which will show you all all the transaction types/whether it was xfers or play from the time frame you put in, and if you scroll to the last entry it will show your remaining FTP balance in the last column called "Balances".

This is really wrong. I deposited 600 dollars with visa card. Never had any affiliates with Fulltilt. Had rakeback with Thisisthenuts only then moved it over to LP when it shut down. and I havent got an e-mail with code yet. Im owed 34k~

So I tried to cash out $2000 on Black Friday and as a result my petition balance is $2000 less than what it should be. Of course I never got that money... now I just have to figure out how I prove I never got that money...

I'm kind of in the same boat but with $500. I tried to cash out $500 just to see if it would work on doomsday and it's not reflected on my balance with regard to the remission process.

However, I'm tempted to just let it slide because frankly the inner cynic in me still doesn't really believe we're gonna get our money back.

sux you didn't get an e-mail...that means you aren't in their system yet. I'd go ahead and file a claim anyway. make sure to have all your bank info, SSN, and last known ftp account balance data handy. if you made cash or wire cash outs that didn't go through but it's reflected in your account make sure to have those bank statements/checks ready as proof.

Fwiw, I also requested a cash-out for $2.2k before the European FTP went down which wasn't processed or anything. In the end it was in my account when FTP went back online for the non-US market.

Good chance your cash-out is still in your account.

Just called them again and they instructed me to wait another 5-7 days from when I sent them an email (sept 19th) for a response. He says they've been inundated with emails. Asked what happens when I get no email and I call them back on Friday - what do they do? After stumbling for a few seconds, he said they'd escalate it the issue, but couldn't explain what escalating the issue actually does.

also, since this is a fraud remission case, you have no legal right to that money. i think the plan for a lot of people being stiffed is to just get behind the PPA and hope they can give the DOJ enough of a headache to where they pay full balances

just called again and they gave me a control and petition #. daut, i would suggest calling and talking to a claims rep if you haven't already just to see what they have to tell you. as far as my balance, the check i took out isn't included in the balance, so im going to have to dispute it.

just a copy of my final balance report from ftp itself...u can access that by logging in to your ftp account normally and look up account history.

And I had a few uncashed checks from back then that I thankfully kept. So I disputed final balance and sent in copies of the checks front and back as well.

Hopefully I don't get screwed out of the amount that I had in checks ;(

I had 'duplicate petitions', Have been assured by 2 different people that I should be paid out +/- by the end of April.

Not the same thing but if you still have a disputed balance I'd recommend calling them regularly. I had to make 3-4 calls before I started making headway.

WOW. disputed my balance for a 2k check i never received and now it seems i will be in the back of the line and wont even be PROCESSED until AUG+. Some bullshit better not happen like they calculated or fcked up the numbers and not have enough money. affiliates should NOT be getting paid before players even if they confirmed their balance. Soo irked right now.

Please be advised that the April 1, 2014 payments were part of the first payment wave, and were issued to Petitioners approved by the Government in January 2014. These approved Petitioners timely confirmed their FTP Account Balance, but included incorrect banking information identified during the bank testing and payment process. These Petitioners previously received an email notification informing them that their Petition was approved. Petitioners who were identified by FTP as pros and/or Affiliates, or who submitted multiple, new, or disputed Petitions have not yet been approved or received payment. We anticipate an additional distribution will occur by the end of May to approximately 1,000 Petitioners who confirmed their balance prior to the deadline and did not file duplicate petitions. These Petitions were previously reviewed by the Government, but not yet approved for remission due to obviously incorrect or incomplete information. Petitioners in this category who subsequently updated their information will be forwarded to the Government for approval in the coming weeks. An email notification informing these Petitioners of their remission approval will be sent shortly before the payments are issued. GCG is also preparing to submit the next round of Petitions to the Department of Justice for review and approval. This group will likely include late confirming Petitions, Petitioners who originally submitted multiple Petitions but later withdrew their duplicative Petition, Petitioners who withdrew a dispute regarding their account balance, Affiliates who confirmed their balance and Petitioners who confirmed their account balance and recently updated their bank account information. Payments for this group are expected to be issued by the end of July. GCG continues to work with the Department of Justice to evaluate disputed and new Petitions, the eligibility of Pros, and timelines for the remainder of the distributions. Another round just got the go ahead to be sent out mid June. Still no mention of players with disputed balances. I've sent a few emails to customer support and they won't even ballpark a time frame for it.

I messaged them a long time ago, about not having my security token anymore, and moving address (to another country), and my email account no longer existing. I don't think I'll be getting my money...

I dont think you need access to your email to file a petition. you dont need anything like your token either(didnt need mine). as long as your Full Tilt account is in their database you can file a petition.

I got my refund two days ago. Not much but was surprised to say the least. Had to get a new petition number after not being included in the first round of payments... then kind of forgot to follow up after hearing new payments were going out... and from there mostly wrote it off. So... I'm happy I guess. GL everyone else, hope your refund comes soon.

Emailed FTP for a status update. FYI, I requested a few checks a week prior to Black Friday, so my petition is that of a disputed balance.

NOTICE REGARDING UPCOMING PAYMENTS, INCLUDING PAYMENTS OF DISPUTED PETITIONS Petitioners Included in the Upcoming Distribution. GCG has been informed that the Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section has approved a new round of payments, which will mark the commencement of payments to Petitioners who have disputed their FTP Account Balances. In addition, payments will be made to Petitioners who have confirmed their FTP Account Balances and recently cured deficiencies. In all, the distribution will include approximately 3,500 Petitions totaling approximately $2.8 million. Disputing Petitioners who are being paid this month met one of the following established criteria approved by the Department of Justice: (i) a dispute of $500 or less, or (ii) a dispute between $500.01 and $2,000, if the difference between the FTP Account Balance and the disputed amount is 20% or less. All other Petitions with disputed amounts are still under review and, if found to be valid, will be paid in upcoming distributions. Information about Payments and Bank Testing GCG is currently working with the bank selected by the DOJ to set up the payment process. GCG expects to issue payments via ACH by the end of March 2015 and will post further updates on the payment process as they become available. As part of the process of preparing this next round of payments, shortly before payments are issued, Petitioners who are approved to receive payment may notice a zero-dollar transaction in their bank account statement that relates to the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration. Please be aware that this is a normal part of the bank testing process in preparation for payment of ACHs. Bump? I've been on vacation for last couple of weeks so haven't been on the internet much but I don't see anything on this site about the latest news for repayments. I got an email a couple days ago saying I would get my full disputed balance with payment coming within 7 days and it looks like a lot of people on 2p2 are reporting getting that same email. Pretty good news.
