Don't actually remember beating you though Neilly, dun remember. But know I've beaten Yosh, several times in a row. No idea about the conversation, but in general, most people on that channel would lash out, make excuses, and act like a baby after losing lol. Was kinda where you went to laugh/troll

And one of the best feelings were, after they yelled, made excuse and gone on a tangnet, you tell em they can have more games, but now you'll switch to main race!! *BOOM*

Yay, getting nostalgic as well. Think I might have been biggest troll in sc/bw (at least up there).

Neilly, the thing that you are overlooking about leaving a legacy is that it is others who should remember you and your achievements - not just yourself. All of the things you mentioned were things that I and pretty much everyone else here don't remember or have been pure fabrications/exaggerations of your supposed accomplishments. Basically, your "SC legacy" will die with the friends you have played SC with, which means that you are no different than anybody else, including my friends who only played Fastest Map Ever on the weekends. They too will be remembered by the friends they lived and played with. But say, in 100 years, when all of us are long gone, who will remember you for whatever you [say you] did? And is it really worth anybody remembering it?

Being mentally ill and unstable/unable to control yourself and having been an entertainer to a few people won't grant you special status either... no wikipedia page will be made about your poker degeneracy. Do you know how many poker players with mental issues there are out there? All of this dies with you and our faint memories of it all. And believe me, you are not an inspiration to anyone. You were just an entertainer. It's sad because it is your mental issues that made this happen, rather than talent.

If you are so egotistical and eager to be remembered - and since you cannot do something really smart and be remembered by it- your last chance is to do something really dumb; so dumb that you might have a chance to be remembered by it, since people like to remember the dumbest things too. I know you are no stranger to doing stupid things but you'll also have to do something original too. Owing people money, losing money, all of these things aren't going to be it. Good luck.

fuck I should just sell some of my Pokemon cards, if no one stakes that is what I will have to do - lostaccountLast edit: 30/12/2012 04:46

Yea I never hated you neilly or talked shit or anything but this is getting old man. Just play cards and shut the fuck up. No one cares about your results or what you are doing etc. you just have some weird need to fuel your ego.

and the poker thing is just you being delusional. you are not gods gift to this game. Look in the hh section how often you play some hand stupidly; get some good advice from a known player; jump on his nuts and agree; then make the same mistake next hand.

Whenever I have played you from cake to merge you basically sit out vs me/anyone decent. 3balled 10-5 vs you on jqkxx and you folded and showed kq and I remember just laughing as you sat out because I know I'm broke as fuck irl so I grind out a little and don't move up and tend to tilt loads online and am not that great but im better than you. And I have all these problems in my game I'm one of your 93% but so are you. I can admit it you think you are Phil Ivey.

I'll buy pt4 or w/e and put some money back on carbon to bumhunt you if you don't stfu

neilly, you are full of shit and have no idea what you are talking about.
Einstein is one of the greatest physicians of all time who opened the door to modern physics in many ways, and in the last decades when the technology to measure stuff more precisely was developed,it all backed his theories.

you are a lyer and delusional. What kind of drugs are you on? Also wondering, and all the shit your are posting here seems like your mental meltdown is immenient, maybe you should seek professional help.

money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

We played once in BW didn't we... in one of those TL Friday Night tournaments, right? On Estrella... TvP I think.

Then I played Erling next round IIRC.

I'm pretty sure even a top player as of this very second could not beat smuft 5-0

I played vs many strong players in the opening of the sc2 beta and smuft just felt different... he understands something about starcraft that i do not.

Are you completely insane --? A top SC1 player now could probably 15-0 or 20-0 him unless he's kept in much better shape than I imagine him to have done (which is possible I suppose). This is not a diss at Smuft who was legitimately REALLY REALLY good, it's just that... I'm not sure if you 1) Realize how fucking good players are nowadays 2) How much your skill deteriorates from not playing.

"I don't consider that talent"

how do you explain our success in poker then

To be honest I don't think it says that much about your talent, but rather about your hard work - unless I'm mistaken, but my image of you has always been of someone with good work ethic. Talent is sort of overrated anyway... Obviously it's there, but for reaching most levels of ability I think putting in hard - and correct - work is far more important.

Hm.. Off-suite socks..

This thread is awesome. Bringing back so much nostalgio with all the old names I'd be very surprised if you trained blackman, neilly. That dude was a genius of sort. Miss the bw days T_T :D

We probably must have at one point. I enjoyed sc/bw to the fullest, really enjoying it, like a roller coaster. Was competitive, but got most joy in just playing, writing to people n having fun.

I played quite a bit of the smaller tournaments in the beginning, they'd host them frequently. My only silly mistake was making over 200 fake nicks. I made a list, to try and remember them all, and I have a steady list of around 30 + mates with login and pw. So I could troll, have fun, and get better games than I could on my own nick lol.

Got very lucky in how I got good, I just ran good. Right of the bat I got login pw of some aBs members, so I got to watch a lot of Slayer and sVEN at the start. And they were pretty much at the top for awhile.

Later on I ran sick good, beating SaFT 3-2 in some shit, and we became great friends, and I spent a few years with him every year (after a few years I could hardly, if ever take games off him anymore lol, he becams so good, he was best by a lot I think, for a long time lol). And that gave me so much joy. Like when Boxer was playing himself up, I'd get leeched the newest "Boxer and friends" games, and even observe with them here and there. So lucky that way. And I made good friends with Gundam, back when he was best in the world. So when bored I got him over to clan x17, and I'd set up scenarios and troll and have fun, and have him beat anyone, then whisper have him say stuff in Englih to piss ppl off lol

One of my fondest memories was playing in the final vs Hot.486.Forever or something, and then midway through first fight, ppl found out I was just trolling, and I wasn't really SaFT, and he left, and I got scolded a bit. Got quite moody, and I ended up observering the real final as a 5th observer. And that's when I invented the "Terran take liftoff, move CC, remove vision and nuke trick/troll".

Got yelled at by more ppl, and banned, and couldn't watch next game, so wasn't worth it, + I think SaFT almost got mad at me too (but he too nice, he never got mad, raised his voice or anything like that lol).

Oj, went on a rant shit, sorry xD

My "real" nick, although I maybe just spent 10% of my time on them, were variations of Drizzt and Marius.

I made IamDrizzt and IamMarius and stuff like that, and we were a bunch of friends all being awesome using Iam, so that was pretty cool.

Also I copied Stinger and told everyone I invented the @ trick, for Drizzt@ownage, and that was pretty popular for awhile lol.

But when I was pretending to be cool, I'd use a pG, eSu or some tag like that. Which I mainly got for just having friends who were top in the world who'd usually refuse to join anything unless I got in with them lol.

So true what you say about how much people keep getting better and improving. Before I went in the army I felt I could beat anyone, when I got back, shocked and frustrated, since it felt like the competition x100 folded lol
