ya, still thought a shove was better. Don't know if I'm wrong though.

we only really lose to AJ, hes never bet folding 2 pair or better.

Basically don't think he'll have a set or a straight on river after flatting turn lamost ever, if he has two pair I think he'll make a crying fold. Super, super rare for him to show up with a flush since I have Ah

why would he fold 2 pair??

theres a small chance he flats ak in the cutoff. We fold out ak, a split, and aj, and depending how nitty the opponent is postflop. Potentially folding out a7s, a3s, a4s.

i dont think this looks strong ;-0 if you open shove river that looks strong, these bet bet checkX lines are incredibly fishy

It really also depends on your river check raise % . That will be the defining factor if he will fold his good aces or 2 pair.

55, 66, 76, 75, Qx, A5, A6 etc.. this would be an incredibly easy call

i also dont think most 100NL players are good enough to 90% pot AJ here on the river. I'm 90%+ sure you had the best hand here

handbanana21   United States. Sep 12 2012 14:23. Posts 3037

I just feel on average people arent bluffing enough on the river to really justify light calls.
