i guess if he's c/r bluffing flop a decent amount and giving up most turns when called it could make sense? idk to be honest, probably not.

You rep AK AK AK AK and AK (could be a tricky AA KK too , but your check turn exclude those hands a lot)
shove 88 here is really bad , so as Player999 , I shove myself.
He has no value when he shoves.
