i knew this guy had aces, and he had an aggression factor of like 6 or something

what is my line

please ignore above hand... i know my line is pretty gay

but i wanted to avoid C/R flop in case that would put him off aces

rofl i like the line as most people don't realize that the turn lead for half pot is usually v v strong and they almost always raise

I rather raise flop than lead or c/r turn because the latter shows way too much strength and I will sometimes fold KK/AA in that spot... If someone raises my flop bet I'm most likely getting it in on this board.

i woulda c/r the flop , AA KK will call anyway

sometimes i think it's easier to get the money in this way vs. overpairs instead of raising flop to like 10 ish or whatever.. even though i believe this guy would have probably shoved flop anyway

like sometimes i lead turn and when they call, i've set myself up a shove on the river and im pretty sure i get called by every overpair and sometimes top pair since they slowly committed themselves to doom

obv standard is raise flop but on a dry board like this i think you're allowed to fuck around a little bit

i would probably just c/c two streets and get it in on the river; try to get one more call out of the other player and the board is pretty safe

played well imo
c/r'ing the flop is a terrible idea btw

i dunno man

i think the guy in between is more likely to call the smaller turn lead than a huge 3/4+ bet from the guy in position
