Starting to run bad on the physique side, gaining so much weight daily it's come to a point where my jeans dont fit anymore, which in effect i am left with trackpants(lol) for casual wear. Tried going to gym to inquire but theyre full of metrosexual guys/real fags/milfs and very young women - no demographic for middle aged online poker pros haha. So i decided that tomorrow I'll buy a motorized treadmill and Im pretty sure that because it is kinda expensive, I will make use of it being here for sure. tried downloading that p90x thing on torrents and it quit at 97% lol.

lastly, my aunt is into food processing in manila and she supplies hotels with their own iced tea, all kinds of sausages and other food stuff, she called me up and asked if i was interested to supply here where i live so at least it's something to look forward to. ill go to manila and look into the mushroom business as well coz a friend of mine whos doing very well invited me over.

hmm i think someone is trying to hack my msn, i was playing today and suddenly someone types "good looking honest man" lol
i thought it was some guy from lp and i asked who he was on lp and says shes stepahnie and she found my msn thru a random msn directory then my internet got cut all of a sudden, i used my usb prepaid internet thing and emailed stars. dunno about credit card tho. sux

I wouldn't buy a treadmill, unless you know you can get into it. Running around your neighborhood is much better.

P90X works afaik, from many friends.

One thing to cut down your weight is your eating. Stop eating fatty foods and stuff that is loaded with salt.

i dont eat much really, but i dont get any exercise and although i have cut down on the rice for years, i stil eat salty and fatty food

Do this, cut your fat eating habits in half. Example, if you eat MCD twice a week, go once.

Slowly change to less fatty foods. Example, Whole milk, to 1%, then to fat free. I tried to change from whole to fat free, tasted like utter shit. If you gradually eat healthier and healthier, it will get you on a good start.

Eat things with a lot of protein, chicken, eggs, steak, pretty much any meat, obviously the less fat the better. Protein will increase your metabolism, therefore you will burn more calories quicker. Drink lots of water too, that will help get rid of excess water weight in your body, which I'm going to be you have a lot of. Do this, and run 2-3 miles every morning, really isn't that bad, I hated running, but it takes literally around 30 minutes, then take a shower, then do a poker session. You should have a lot more energy and stamina for your session as well.

hmm what would u suggest i eat? mostly chicken? i can do away with the rice thing. its bad coz its like pure carbs i know and i can live without it.

Do not buy a threadmill. It is very hard to sell.
If you dont like to run outdoors, you won't run indoors.
It is the same old run in and out, just a few walls between them.
A mill actually kills all the fun from running which is to get fresh air and see other people running (girls with good asses).

My only advice to you, except for start eating healthy, is that you should never ever have pride when going to the gym. That will no doubt cause you to fail every time you try to start going there. You dont need to care about people around you when going to the gym, you're not going to pick girls up there anyway.

you don't have to give up rice just switch to brown rice. Not quite as good but sick healthy.

Drink tons of water, dont put mayonaise or ketchup on everything, get a regular eating scheme. The trick is to eat a lot in frequency, but not in amount.

For example.

Wake up at 9, eat breakfast. eat a piece of fruit at 10h30. Eat something healthy at 12h30. Eat an apple or sth at 16h, then eat something again at 19h30. Before u sleep u can again eat a piece of fruit or a yoghurt.

How NOT: Wake up at 9, wait till u get hungry around 12, eat a shitload of food. Wait til u get hungry again at 19h, eat a shitload of food again.

really cant stand not talking to strangers. id rather work out alone at home or go to a place where i can make friends. i mean its kinda weird that im outside of the ho0use already and still not socialize with ppl. and gyms here are usually full of people alot of the time.

99% of fat guys/girls reply teh standard " I really dont eat a lot ! " sentence if asked what they are eating during the day ....
50% are lying to themselves and 50% eat the wrong stuff ....

Get a rope instead of a treadmill, its more fun/cheaper and will bring better results. Plus u can always run around if u feel like jogging. Srsly, after a week or two u'll hate that treadmill so much u wont use it ever again. Keep this post as a "I told you so" if you decide to buy the treadmill but get sick of it in a couple of weeks.

counterintunitivly, you need to eat quite alot to lose weight and stay healthy, at least 5 meals per day. Not eating puts your body in starvation mode, so that any food it does get it instantly stores as fat, because your body thinks you re going to need it later just to survive.
replace soft drinks and juices with real fruit. replace chips with a nice bowl of oatz.

If you wouldn't go to the gym because you don't like the "people" who go there, then you wouldn't get through P90X. Or you would but you wouldn't follow it the way it was intended(the diet is probably the most important thing).

Actually thinking about what you eat and doing some random exercise every day does an absurd amount for your body if you aren't already in good shape. Just commit to eating better and do some sort of workout (enough to get you tired and then do more) and you will see improvements.
