This is just a problem of discipline and routine. You're probably making it bigger than it is.

Get a gym membership. Get into a solid routine of going to the gym every morning or evening whichever works better for your life schedule. Eat healthy food. I noticed up there you said something about not eating rice which is just retarded. Things you can cut down on are condiments and white bread. Eat whole wheat bread is simply a healthier choice. If you're eating a good number of healthy small meals per day you'll do just fine. Up the amount of vegetables at every meal - make sure you have 25%-50% of your plate green. Things like chicken and fish are best and eating less red meat in general is better for you. Try to avoid drinking excessive amounts of sugar like soda, juice, gatorade, or milk. Just drink water instead.

If you have self-discipline you'll be able to make these changes relatively easily. You just have to commit to doing so. Also don't just think about it as wanting to lose weight. If you make the right changes when it comes to nutrition and exercise you're going to feel better and have more energy. There is a lot more to gain in terms of health benefits than just not being fat.
