i cashed out 3 times in the last week, and two of them have already gone through (last one was yesterday, so expect that by thursday)
so i'd say you're cursed and you should probably get some 70's priest to perform an exorcism on you |

Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance. We have received a report from our processors that they experienced a delay with cashout requests processed on May 26th. These transactions have been resubmitted on June 04th. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account. We apologise for the inconvenience this issue may have caused you. If there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us back. Good luck at the tables! Regards, KaylenPokerStars Payment Services

pokerstars is owning you. Mine usually are as fast as 3 days, and almost always not longer then 6-7 days. I don't think I've ever had one take the full 10 days out of like 20+ cashouts. |

Switching sites isn't going to help you. It's the nature of the business that processors will have delays now and then. The main issue is that the Unlawful Internet Gaming Act was passed in the United States causing it illegal for financial institutions to deal with online gaming. Because of this, Pokerstars has had to find many different processors that are willing to work with them. Eventually, there's going to be delays when these processors are shut down or have issues themselves.
You can't fault Pokerstars, fault USA and the UIGA. |

yeah last year when i was cashing out over a G a few times due to heaters, i would get them less than a week, but yeah.
Poker stars should atleast give me some FPPs for this bullshit, I say atleast 5000, for the dumb inconvenience. |

it is funny your belief of entitlement to a system with which you have little control |

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time | |
