there are some torrent for the wmp11 crack

and milkman search for wga crack. might probably be easier to re-install winxp with a bypassed version from the torrents. there are many including sp3 and wmp11.

hmm i bought one before but just gave it away when i sold my desktop. try reinstalling winxp and do the custom install, uncheck the box where it says check for microsoft genuine thingy, i dunno but years ago it worked for me adn didnt have any probs with winxp

I pay for poker tracker because its a small dev team and it is unfair not to pay for their shit, microsoft is a fucking evil monopolistic greedy corporation and i sure wont give them a penny if i can avoid it.

Also it gives you a "peace of mind" because u dont know how it works or how to know if your stuff is clean, but you shouldnt give advice about it if you dont know your shit.

I dont pay for windows because the retail version is more of a hassle than the hacked version. Activation bullshit, running out of activation attempts, having to call a fucking 1-800 number and give out like a 50 fucking digit numerical code so they unlock your copy... wtf, paying customers have it worse than pirates. At least the pirates can freely use the software on any platform they wish, reinstall as much as they want, upgrade to new pc's as often as they like. The paid version of windows is just completely crippled.

i didnt have to do ANY of this and ive installed/reinstalled twice with this legit copy (i use vista though)

if you would rather waste your bandwidth to get a 'probably' working and clean version of windows and waste your time going through lists then burning to CD (assuming no other modifications, drivers etc) then do it i guess

Ive done it so many fucking times and i'd rather have a guaranteed clean version of windows and show my appreciation to this greedy corporate scum company who lets me make money and enjoy games or whateverthefuck i choose to do on the computer

There is no "probably clean" about it, it's DEFINITELY clean. Probably cleaner than your retail version lol. Unnecessary bloatware removed, services terminated, optimizations, etc etc. A black edition of windows xp boots about 100% faster than a retail copy.

You said you have reinstalled xp twice without hassle, well you are granted 3 installations before you are hassled. As a PC enthusiast and having reinstalled on systems that I then had to return certain parts for, or having played around with linux and gone back to xp, or messing around with overclocking and fucking with system settings, being retarded and getting myself infected with a virus, i've probably reinstalled like 10x. What a pain in the cock to suddenly be denied because of some lame shit activation limit.

If I could reliably use another operating system for all my needs I would. But I cant. Not because Microsoft is superior and everybody wants to develop for it, but because they stifled innovation with their monopoly and broke the law or otherwise used underhanded practices to crush competition unfairly. As a result, developers had to go where the money flowed to stay alive, thus most of my software exists only for the windows platform. Linux could be a much stronger OS in the software market if it werent for all this, so the way I see it Microsoft fucked me about 10 years ago. So fuck them, now that I'm forced to use their shitty inferior OS just to get my job done I'm sure as hell not paying them for it.

So you've never downloaded an OS and had it contain trojans straight after installation ? Okay. They certainly arent all like that and once you get a copy that works you dont question it, i bet its the same CD you've always used. Also, maybe this is just because of the timing but a few years ago i had lots of problems trying to get a copy of xp working and had to modify the image to add my own drivers. Doing all that shit was a total pain in the ass and was probably due to it being pirated software.

I've installed it WAY more than 10 times. In fact, i used to work at a computer repair shop installing this shit all day and dealing with other issues. I should probably say that this was before they implemented the activation thing but a quick google solved that problem at the time and i haven't installed many copies since that time because i stopped working at the computer place.

W.r.t the other stuff, yeah good points. I can totally see your point of view and agree with you mostly. I suppose i'm wrong about that then. Its really not a good idea to be giving these people more money and rewarding their shady ways. However, i would still do it because it solves a lot of problems and having to look for cracks and dodgy software to make windows work properly. iirc, when they introduced the activation thing i was soon after unable to use windows media player or recieve windows updates. While it sucks to give them money, this isnt something you can really do anything about as its important to keep your computer up to date. If i'm wrong about that again, feel free to correct me and tell me your computer is up to date and you have some clean resource that lets you get the updates regardless.

thats why you have comments and private torrent trackers, its pretty easy to know when a software has adware and spyware in it before u download it.
