so i bought fallout 3 about 18 hours ago and the download was retarded. like 5kb/s and anyways it was up to like 11% and randomly restarted for some stupid fucking reason.

my internet isnt slow
ive used every possible scanner out there to see if its spyware or a virus and nothing.
ive followed every possible step from steam as to how to fix something like this

beat: i just spent 50$ on a game i wont be able to play for a week if ever. =*(

after two days my internet randomly went out and i unplugged the router and plugged it back in. randomly it started at like 800 kb/s. ownage.
