is soooo bad. i posted a problem on the forums and it took 1 day to get a reply. i then emailed the guy like he said and pm'd him as well and 3 days later no reply. so sick.

worse than ub imo.

I emailed support and got an answer from someone saying he'd get on teamviewer whenever I could set up an appointment, so I'm surprised you're getting treatment like this.

ive had this same problem with them. no reponse for like a week and its so frustrating because not being able to use hem fucks my poker up.
