support is awful so far. i posted my problems on both of their forums and no answer what so ever.
i tried to install the sql and when i get to the initialize database cluster i enter what they tell me to and i get the following error.
" the specified database directory is not empty "
if you had similar problems pm me and help me.

have you tried emailing them? i emailed them for a problem and got a response within a day or two. |

is this when you are installing postsql?
if so, untick Hi, "cluster database" on install, otherwise i would uninstall postsql and reinstall it |

I'd just reinstall postsql as jase suggest. Make sure to follow the guide, i thought i "knew" how to install any program and just got tons of trial-and-error to do because of it. |
