3rd round of UFC 81
Nogs groundgame was just incredible amazing.
Okay Sylvia is not a good groudn fighter , but the whole setup of nogs submission was just amazing
3-4 shoot takedown tries -> half guard takedown ->leg sweep -> side control position -> north south position -> guillotine attemp -> submission
This was like a short chess game and Nog totally hardcore outplayed Sylvia in every move he made.
Pokerwise :
Rakeback things sorted out !
weeeeeeeee
And i am making good monez latelay
+ 200$ in my last 3,5K hands

It was a great fight and showed just how fucking tough Nog is, he was taking some very solid shots in the first. Mid way into the 2nd he found his range on Tim and won the round just purely out boxing him. If the sub never happened Nog was very well on his way to winning a UD just from stand up. Tim was getting slow by the start of the 3rd there was no way he was doing anymore than surviving till the 5th.
I make this statement now. Now that Nog has the title there isn't a single fighter in the UFC currently that can take it from him. I will be betting my BR on his every fight no matter how bad the line looks. Nog is simply that far ahead of the competition, and with that solid rock chin you don't have to worry about fluke KOs. |

did you see that he was actually going for an arm bar, he had steped over sylvia's head, sylvia recognized it and turned and nog threw in the guillotine and pulled guard, it was fucking spectacular! |

Yea Nog is known for setting up subs in combos, You see him going for one, you D and he has 2-3 more than you just put yourself into. As someone that trains BJJ its just fucking insane to watch. I've trained with Gracie black belts who can't think that many moves ahead. |

the arm trap and step over are textbook sidemount armbar! look he has the arm underhooked and pulled towards him(though the underhook is from a weird ass angle) shit if they had a gi on he'd be gettin ready to pull the pants toward him haha. i think he does have the ability to let the move go as soon as he felt the movement. sylvia stuck his neck out there for him when he rolled to his back, i think nog has the ability to recognize that and react, though you could be right, third round and all, easy to slip out of an arm bar not as easy to slip out of the guillotine |

It's not a standard straight armbar, when he goes up for a 4-point stance you can use the step over and roll with him landing an armbar, I was running this drill not even two weeks ago after one of my trainers did it too me. That's what I thought he was planning when I first saw it, then he stopped and went for the choke instead. |
