You could do what I'm going to have to do. Man up and spend several hours looking over all my losing hands before you play again. Then make a blog post highlightling a few hands that illistrate bad plays, and stating how you are going to change. Writing it down will reinforce the learning/changes you've made.

I've just got to Man up and do it, haven't palyed any poker for about two weeks casue I don't want to do the review... reviewing losing hands is never fun.

Can't really offer much help, just want to say that I was in this exact spot in february (ran hot at nL25, got a little impatient + over-estimated how good I was I think, moved up with 20 buyins, ran like shit, moved down, continued to run like shit until I had to move down again).

Anyway, most important of all is confidence IMO, so just try to learn as much as you can + try to get your confidence back I guess. That's how it was for me anyway. Oh, and don't tilt.

yeah review all your losing hands...if they were all standard beats and coolers than obviously it's just variance. Take a few days off and just post hands and discuss theory that you're having trouble with. 17BI is brutal but not unheard of...at least you had a heater first right?

I dont think you can lose 1/2 your BR to beats and cooler unless you are underoll. Logiabs i think you should stick to FR until you have a decent size BR.

Make the transition from FR to 6max a little slower, also as i have said to you in private i seriously think you have fancyplay syndrome.

1.got caught up in making money!! not playing poker.. first time ever makin a grand
2.got used to winning so when i wasnt winning i tilted horribly...
3.moved up too early, not because bankroll support it mean u shud move up...
4. THE MOST IMPORTANT..... when i was winning i was only playing 4 tables. then i notice the increase in the number of tables DONT FUCKING DO THIS.... PLAY LESS TABLES.. iwas running like 6- 8.. worst decision ever...
5.BE PATIENT... its summer son why rush it...
