how people can make such a buggy software
every fucking week there's a new bug in that shit and the bug keep coming, I wish I could beat the shit out of the programmer who made that piece of crap

I posted in their forum last week and the guy gave me 98 possibilities to solve my problem, so I have take 3 fucking days trying EVERY single step he gave me and become a computer genius to solve what they couldnt do right , and If I follow all their two thousand and twenty one steps and my holdem manager still dont work, I can contact them again so they can give me more eighty three new steps to try to play a goddam game

You may have a point but they are constantly uploading new patches and bug fixes, at least they care about the customer.
Either way the benefits of this software outweigh any possible frustrations IMO.

it's always something diferent, now when I try to run it keeps stuck in "Loading Reports module" sometimes takes 10 min and loads, sometimes it keeps stuck
I had to make a new DB like 4 times this year to solve different bugs ( some hands were missing from my DB RANDONLY )
and it's crashing like everyday in the middle of my sessions,
also, sometimes I can't close it, I click on the X and the window stay open, I have to ctrl+alt+del to close it

pretty anoying when I'm playing a reg like 3 or 4 tables and I have to keep closing, opening HM2 and solving issues and shit, tilting with this shit and I end up spewing money

or you could go for the "buy pt" solution which takes 5 seconds

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol

I dont like how slow it is, but I'm one of the lucky few that - for some reason - have been almost compeltely un-plagued by bugs... I have some annoying crashes maybe once a week or so, but other than that smooth sailing.

Still kinda wish I had gone with PT4 all along, seems less of a performance hog.

Hm.. Off-suite socks..

HM2 worked "meh" until I got SSD.

Before with i7. 8gig ram was not enough to deal with the fucking garbage of hm2, need a SSD to make stop lag like hud pop or replayer shit. Anyways, overall the program is garbage being that even with all the specs I have it barely is usable
