Wow it feels good to finally win a session. I also realized that my win rate is 6bb/100, so I shouldn't be that worried about that humongous ass down slope, just running kinda bad and not like god mode where it'd be like set over set or top two vs bottom two in the first 4k hands.
I cleared my Stars $150 bonus today, feels nice. I'm going to wait til my withdrawal limit (I recently cashed out a small portion) clears and take out $750, $150 from bonus and $600 from the deposit FOR the bonus.

My thoughts on it: The guy who flatted from the small blind was really tight and doing really well as well, never seemed to be making a move but just always had the goods. He was like 20/19 and stole quite a fair bit and played pots only when he came in raising or calling an all-in. His flat seemed really weird.
Anyways I have KK and I bet just enough to put the short stack all in and maybe let him hero call with a random pp but then supreamdream tanks for a while and c/rai. It made me say WTF!!! I'm pretty sure he does not have a jack in his range a lot of the time, as he'd probably reraise it preflop or just fold it.
So basically: He has AA or QQ. I thought about it a really long time and it turns out I'm not good enough to lay down KK and he shows AA of course. I think I have to fold here in the future, cause this guy is never bluffing. He either has AA or rarely some weird type of Jx that he plays oop?? I do not think he would take this line with QQ as it'd surely be turning it into a bluff and he knows I'm a pretty tight player too. Soooooo FUCK!
School starts next week on the 20th for me, and I need to work every weekday this week except Wednesday from like 11-2 each day at my mom's place since one of her employees or something decided to quit. I'll be making like $13 an hour so it's pretty nice and will give me some disposable income where I don't have to withdraw from poker to get. Still waiting on my Cake Poker check for $2200 or so, gonna be checking the mail all week this week.
Forgot to mention on Friday was girlfriend's birthday so I went with her and some friends. We went to a Lebanese cuisine place, didn't really care much for the food it's too exotic. The restaurant was known for its hookah though, so we tried some. It was really fun though at first it seemed to burn my throat a little but it's still cool. I think I only like it cause exhaling the smoke looks so cool.
I think I'm getting the hang of MTTs now... every Sunday I'll be playing in a couple $10s and see how I do. I realized I used to suck when I kept trying to make moves when the field is so soft I don't even need to... so just nit it up or make a steal every now and then and you'll be good I used to try and get cute and 3 bet shove resteal and of course the fish don't care you're 3 betting or what you're repping and snap off with Ax.
Also I raped some reg today where I kept 3 betting him in position and showed a couple 3 bet bluffs and he did not know how to adjust at all and kept 4 betting me light when I had like AK/QQ+ and he'd have to fold to a 5 bet or would c/f to a cbet. He got up and left soon. Also I got paid off pretty nicely as it seemed I was super 3 bet bluffy or something but after a while I just caught a string of premium hands and got paid off quite nicely, ended up like 500bbs on the table after stacking someone here + Show Spoiler +

I simply cannot win a hand. I cashed out a lot of my roll for rent after Christmas. Throughout Christmas I was beating nl50 and I left myself with $600 for 25nl. I'm now down to half that. My EV is great, my sick calls in the right places, my bluffcatching great and my TAG regging working fine. What I cannot do is avoid being 2 outered, gutshotted, runner runnered etc. This blog is just a huge whine because I'm fucking sick of this shit. I'm a big winner at 50nl, I'm a huge winner of Sklansky bucks at 25nl, so why can't I fucking win any pots.
God I'm so tilted. But whining to others about how unlucky I am tends to help that from time to time so whatever. Gonna take a break and see if I can clear my head and then go down to 10nl (God what am I doing there?!?!) and try and grind back up.
I hate poker sometimes.

Of course the fascist U.S. doesn't let me deposit with a debit card or use neteller. Does anyone know anyway to get money from a debit card onto PS?

Im all moved into my new place and things are going alright. My buddies came down for the weekend and oh man what a weekend it was. Its going to start on Thursday.
All week I pretty much just hung out at my place being super lazy and not doing anything at all. Thursday night my buddy Scott came down to his girlfriends place. His girlfriend called me up and said I should come over because her and all her room mates (all girls) are having drinks. So I said alright. Last time I really partied with these girls I ended up hooking up with the one. Havent really talked to her much since then so I was hoping it wouldnt be akward and maybe I could wheel her again lol. I went over and we played a bunch of drinking games and got smashed. Didnt end up going out though. Figured we would all save some money for the next two days. Now this girl who I hooked up last time was kinda eyeing me up a bit but sorta waiting for me to talk to her and stuff if you know what Im saying. I ended up just taking a cab home at like 3 in the morning when everyone was crashing. Pretty good night.
So Friday I recovered for a good portion of the day and my buddy Tommy who lives in London came by and we chilled, smoked dubes and played Xbox. I told him that all my buddies were coming down tonight and that he should come out with us. He decided too join. Tommy is just a huge guy... like 6'4" 255lbs and is so jokes when he gets the sauce in him. My buddies got here at about 7:00 that night. We started drinking here for a bit then Scott called us up and we all went over to his gfs again to drink there. We were supposed to go to this bar called Jacks but when we got there the line up was brutal so we went to a country bar called Cowboys. I ended up taking the last cab there with one of the other room mates. On the way there shes like "Mitch tonight you need to mack Meaghan. Ever since Michelle told her you moved here shes been talking about you all week." Niicce. I guess I made a lasting impression on her lol.
The bar was pretty pumpin. Im not a huge fan of country but when Im plastered its not bad at all. 3 of my buddies ended up leaving and going to another bar but I stayed to wheeeeel. The night was going pretty good. This girl was lovin what I was sellin again and I thought for sure I had this one in the bag. We all got pretty sauced up as the night went on but this one girl Paige jsut got so wrecked. She really wanted to hit on my one buddy Steve but he left the bar and some reason she got sad about this lol... Shes started asking me all these stupid questions like "does you friend think Im good looking? Do you think Im good looking? blah blah blah" It got really annoying and then she comes up to Meaghan (the girl that wants me) and was like dont leave my side tonight please? ugh lol. She ended up kinda beign a big block but I didnt get worked up because she was really drunk and I dont thnk she knew what she was doing half the time. As soon as we left the bar and got back to there place she went straight to the toilet. Meaghan ended up taking care of her for the rest of the ngiht. My buddies came back and there was no where for them to sleep so I took them back to my place so they atleast had couches to sleep on lol.
Saturday my buddies stayed down again because it was one of the roomates birthdays and she got VIP and bottle service for us all at this bar called "Up on Carling" It was supposed to be a pretty classy, nice bar so I was pretty pumped. We did fuck all during the day... smoked and recovered lol. When the night finally came we went back over to Michelles for a little party before the bar. Meaghan was looking mighty fine and I was looking forward for what this night was going to bring. So half way through the party most people decided they didnt want to go to Up on Carling because it was going to be a really expensive night there. Instead they decided they wanted to go check out this brand new bar they opened here called "Lavish" Turns out we got VIP there too.
So anyways around 11:30 we all went to this bar. I walked in and went straight to the bar to get drinks. While I was waiting there I saw this guy at the ended of the bar. He was probably the gayest looking guy I have ever seen. I looked away and the bartender was there and he was like what can I get you? I was like "Get me two Budwisers" and he says "Coming right up cutie" In my head I was like wtf did he just say? I got my beers and turned around and saw a booth full of dudes. Two of them kissed and then I realized we were at a fucking gay bar. I went over to see my buddies and was like lets get the fuck outta here boys its a gay bar. All the girls wanted to stay so of course my buddies wanted to stay. Meaghan was like lets stay for a bit and then we'll go somewhere else.... so I ended up staying.
It was honestly the strangest thing to me. Ive never been to a gay bar... nor do I want to go to one ever again. Seeing guys kiss and shit is just gross to me. Im sorry if you are gay and reading this... but seriously... ewe. Some of the Lesbians there were so sexy tho. I couldnt believe it. I was sitting there with Meaghan and this butch dyke comes over to her and starts wheeling her right in front of me. I was honestly in shock and didnt know if I was supposed to say anything or just let it be. Never seen this in action before lol. I think eventually the girl got the hint that Meaghan wasnt gay and eventually left. The night was going pretty good and everyone was having a pretty good time even though we were at a gay bar. For the most part the gays stick to the gays and dont bother you. Then the drama happend.
My one buddy Baxter had hooked up with another one of Michelles room mates named Lesley a couple of times. On Friday night Baxter wasnt there and Lesley was alllll over my buddy Brian who happens to live with Baxter. She wanted Brian so bad and he even ended up staying over at her place that night. In the morning we called Brian and he told us they never hooked up or anything and gave us some story w/e. I knew right away though that there was going to be drama when Baxter got here because he was gonna want to hook up with Lesley again but she wanted his room mate Brian lol. So Im sitting in the booth and Baxter comes sits beside me and he is piiiiised. I guess he caught them kissing and then Lesley told him that she wasnt interested in him any more and that she wanted Brian lolllll. Baxter sees Brian and is like lets go outside right now man Im gonna beat the shit outta you lol. This never happened, instead he punched his hand right through the table and stormed outta there. I told Meaghan I had to go find him and make sure everything was alright and she was like lets jsut get out of here and go back to her place.
We go out side and find Baxter around the corner. He waas so mad. I think he actually had a thing for this girl... I thought they were just hooking up once and a while and thats it... guess not. He thought for sure Brian hooked up with her last night. I tired telling him they didnt but he just wouldnt believe me. So the three of us went and got some pizza and went back to Meaghans. I was hoping Id be able to get some alone time with her but like 15 mintues after we got back everyone else showed up including Brian and Lesley. Sure enough Baxter freaks out on Brian, starts pushing him and just chirping his life. I couldnt let these two both sleep here because they probably would have ended up killing eachother so I took Brian and a few of my other buddies back to my place. Yup... another missed opportunity. Im pretty sure Meaghan understood tho lol. Anyways we all came back to my place, smoked and then crashed.
Some serious drama went down last night over a stupid brod. I mean cmon guys... she aint worth it if thats the kinda shit she pulls. I mean of all the people that she chooses she wants she choose Baxters room mate Brian lollll!!! I dont really know what to think about this though because it wasnt like Lesley and Baxter were dating or anything but I still dont think Brian should have done that... kinda breaks the code between guys if you know what Im saying. Hopefully they work that shit out and realize that she isnt worth it lol.
Pretty solid first weekend out in London though I would say. Cant wait for some more nights out. Hopefully I never end up at a gay bar again for as long as I live.

First sesh after small breakby ConquistadoR, January 11
Last few days i took a small break from poker, reviewed my game, I think I got a lot leaks to fix, and read a bit in theory on twoplustwo and here. I gained new motivation to play by doing this, so I decided to try to play a session today, since my goal is to play a lot of hands, and I feel the 2-3 days break from Poker were enough.
So i started my session, full of motivation and it started out really well! I was in the plus very fast, without winning any big pots, was just running over anybody. But then, I got some setups, set vs set, and 2nd nutflush vs nutflush, and dropped all the money within a few hands again. Definately a bad feeling, normally I wouldn't stop playing, but since my BR is so small now, and I feel really stressed to lose much I decided it would be better to call it quits before I might start tilt or anything. Oh well, i netted -6$, so i am quite disappointed. Gonna play another session later, see how that goes.

btw, this graph is of 1 marathon session I did. I was playing really well and had lots of donks to play with and good tables kept popping up so I just stayed and stayed and stayed. But every time I was about to break free into a big win I would get coolered or sucked out on. The horror.
