WOULD YOU!? by Svenman87, May 21

Have a threesome if one of the girls is pretty hot and the other girl is... well has a vagina and big boobs

I know the 'mehhh' girl and would probably use this as a bridge to hookup more with the other girl.

Is it worth it LP?

http://www.liquidpoker.net/userpoll/draw.php?poll_id=855
Poll: Do you have the threesome?
(Vote): Yes, it's a fucking threesome you fucking cunt
(Vote): Yes, but only to try to get at the girl
(Vote): No, but still try to get at the other girl
(Vote): No, you're going to hell....

Getting frustrated. by egood, May 20

So i've lost my ability to beat 50nl as of yet. Not sure whats wrong. I don't know if its just variance hitting me in the face or what. I can't seem to get any value from KK, or AA. It seems that I always run my QQ or JJ into AA and KK. Today I tried 3-betting a bit more and I got a guy to stack AQ to my KK but I really didn't like how I played, felt really spewy. I've stacked a bunch of combo draws where I knew my opponent had a set, is this ok? I also have been calling a lot of 3-bets in position with suited connectors. It just seems like my hand reading is fine, but I'm always like "well he could still have this other hand in his range so I'll call or shove here." and he ends up having the hand i put him on the first time. Maybe I just need to go back to basics and analyze every decision I make at the table.

Q: music hosting site? by rockman255, May 20

hey guys does anyone know of a decent site, paid subscription would probably be what i end up doing..

where i can host my house mixes? thats actually a music hosting site? the last one i was using disappeared apparently because the guy running it didnt crunch his numbers properly :X

is there one thats like a long time more stable one that anyone can recommend for me to join? i guess i wouldnt mind a free one either but usually those are super sucky and dont have enough space for like 70-200mb mixes

tilting by John Galt, May 20

ugh, I think this is the first time I've actually been tilted by poker. Last summer I played like 200k hands, had an 18BI downswing but still I had my head on straight. In the last week I've had 4BI swings at NL50 every 1-2k hands. Im playing so bad and really this is like the first time in my life i've felt angry/tilted at my own incompetence
I want to play, I want to learn how to play, but talking to rockman last night I know my poker 'career' is going to end in 4 months and rl obligations are really restricting the amount of time I can put in this summer.
And today I was just offered a 9-5 lab tech position which would basically mean I will never play seriously.

I want to put the hands in tmr, but im kinda tilted atm. Restrict myself to only 4 tables? (im only playing 6-9 now anyways)
I dont want to move down because i have over 100BI for NL50 and I know I can beat Nl25
ugh what should I do

Starting to put in some time again by AcroN, May 20

Now that iv got vacation, and i'm done with what little partying for celebrations i did, i have started to play some again. Jumped right back into the 20$ SnGs, but now i'm playing both 6-max turbos and 6-max turbo double or nothings. Pretty much started out like it always does when i start playing poker again, just running like complete and utter trash.

The graph will show you what i mean, it's not many games as i'm not really a SnG player. But take a guess at where i started playing again the other day!

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y272/AcroN/DisplayGraph.jpg

Aiming for 30 SnGs a day like i said earlier, so far iv done alright with the days i'm home. But been spending a lot of time with the girlfriend, so not all days i'm home at all. Hopefully ill manage to weigh up for some of it, by playing twice the amount on some days. But we'll see how it goes!

Wish me luck and a better run at this shit

Peace

equity by CrownRoyal, May 20

So there is a guy i play with every day on cake who is 100% straightforward no range balancing etc. What he has is at all times 100% transparent to me.

Has someone ever calculated how deep i need to be to call with 54s or 56os or anything like that? It's insanely easy to figure with a set because you can only hit one hand that you want to continue with postflop. If someone can show me a site where they show the likelihood of flopping all of those types of hands I'll make a really good post with my results.

Once he re raises all in i was pretty sure i was crushed or he had like AK with the king of clubs. That's really the best i could hope for. Maybe he floped a flush and i'm drawing live, but i really tought he either had AK with a redraw or a set. Let me know what u guys think. Is it really possible to get away from this? I figure i donk bet it maybe he's got an ace. Then once he raised i thought maybe big ace with redraw. But then once he moved all in i was pretty sure i was beat i had so much in there too after he did that.. Even if u think he's got a flush do i have odds to call with my set? His numbers really pretty normal. Like 24/10 and agression on flop was only like 1.0 or w/e it was. I was like fuck..

PURGEEEE by LemOn[5thF], May 20

I think I have to do this. Smething has to turn the doom-switch OFF. I am PURGING MY MONTH OF MAY.

The heater, the doomswitch and the huge slide down never happened. It was just a dream. An illusion.

In Fact, I have never played NL25, I just happened to open an account today and had my VIP level increased miraculously.

Wish me luck at the new Limit People!

"Excessed" by Cooper83, May 20

I'm sure many of you are wondering what that word actually means. I myself was curious and being the luckbox I am I had the awesome opportunity to learn on Monday. The day started off well, went to work did that whole thing and then around 2pm things started going more poorly at a very rapid rate. I get a call from my manager requesting a meeting(*note at this point I know I'm getting shit canned). In the meeting they don't use the word fired or laid off, no my friends I was "excessed". Apparently it's the new rage, still fucking sucks regardless. Awesome economy strikes again, on the upside I got some relevant work experience and my boss and the director are going to write me letters of recommendation. There was four of us that ended up getting "excessed" in the department and probalby 50-100 company wide. The only part that is really irritating is it was based 100% off senority and 0% off performance. There is one person in particular who is utterly worthless and everyone knows it including the manager. The women's on a work plan which basically means if she does not improve she's getting fired in 3 months, but since she's been there longer she still has a job. Now I can follow my true dream of being a 25nl grinder that has very little ambition to play mass hands......LOL yeah I think this will work out nicely.

Goodbye profits, hello breakeven. by d.Apollo, May 20

So ermmm yer, downswing is gut. Save to say ive basically lost the majority of my profits this month and almost breakeven apart from fpps/vpps, guess I should be happy iam from UK and get this VPP promotion, sigh. Still rolled for 25nl, going to take break then try and continue to fight on. Sinking feeling but its pretty standard for most people =/

I lost $400 in 50nl (shots at different times of the month) so I am still technically a winner at 25nl, just on a downswinging player.

My sessions have been really short ones recently because the setups are getting annoying =/ So as soon I start to feel tilted annoyed I just end session.

Gotta fight through this ...

Month graph, all limits =/
