i think i play reasonably okay and ive had two swings, one -17 bi over 7k hands and one -11 bi over 2k hands over the course of ~60k hands in this month
seems too likely it can happen during an "aggro shot" and wipe out most of your br if you play too short
oh, umm, yeah, i dont like to play through my swings either, so the 7k hand one was probably over like 5 sessions, and the second one was over like 3 sessions
that is all

yep, poker can be much swingier than most ppl think, even if you have a reasonable big edge over your competition.
thats why im going to be a br nit from now on.
ofc controlled shots are still good, but one should know when to stop early enough when things are not going the right way. |

i think the idea is to stoploss and move down just as aggressively, but yeah you can still get your spirits crushed but then again that always applies |

I mean, if you can play disciplined aggressive shot taking is the nuts. But I find myself playing my C game with <50 BI and my B game with <75. |

yeah, i guess i do agree, and also that you have to stop like asaply after a few bi lost if you have 20, or 30 bi, but i think the human factor plays such a key role in it and i dont know too many robots |
