I'll be coaching any limit up to 200nl 6max and heads up, I would say I have a better fundamental grasp of 6max than HU, but a better "feel" for HU than 6max. I've found video review to be the best learning method but also am happy to do live sweats or discuss theory.
I've currently set the pricing as follows:
100$ for an individual hour
5 hours for 450$
10 hours for 750$
Included in the packages:
1. You can contact me and question me over AIM or MSN at any time to go over any hands you've played and aren't sure about.
2. You can save a series of HH's in a wordpad file that I'm happy to spend a half an hour going over with you at no additional cost until we've completed the 5 or 10 hours designated.
3. You will have access to sweat me through teamviewer any time I am playing.
Anyways, here's a graph of my play since I started back up in March:
Guys i really don't care who or what will be saying about my grammar and etc.. you know why as how many different languages do you use every day? 3? no probably one.. then FUCK OFF!
Thanks for good faith Fred!
Some ppl have really easy in live... today we have look on Josh Gould.. He is so lucky that have father who is pro, but also he knows so many ppl that they play really good, what help him probably get more experience and shortest time...
Oh why i don't have so much luck to know who is playing big cash games.
I`m not living in 3rd world country.. oh no i forgot i`m leaving in 300k village...
Beats, brags and variance:by DustySwedeDude, August 07
Brag: Up 7k€ Sklanksy bux today
Beat: Down like 6k€ real monies
Variance: I still think Dilba is very boinkable.
So far I'm 0/3 in decent sized allin flips at 25/50. 99 lost to AKs, AKs lost to QQ and AKo lost to JJ (granted, it was only a 50bb pot or less, vs some shortie). Basically kept away from playing good people HU at 10/20 except for one dude I feel I've got an psychological edge over. Dunno, guess I'll grind some more 3/6 tonight since I keep winning a ton there and then go losing it on coin flips higher. Feels really good anyway though, considering I'm finally feeling fairly at home at 10/20 with bet sizes and such. Hoping to be a full time 5/10 reg and playing mostly 10/20 within the next 5 months or so.
Some hands:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/727712 : AA dude is a nit so it's fairly likely that he slowplays something, I'd say that he has me beat like half the time or so, however, the other dude is much deeper with me and his shove seems like some decent flush draw that I'm more or less flipping with at best. Don't think he slowplays high pairs or plays them like that after the flop very often and if he flopped a set it's too weird of a way to play it for me to buy it. I guess some 2ps are possible but unlikely due to pf. Thus, do you guys think I've got enough equity here?
On another note I'm running at 14ptbb/100 so far this month over like 17k hands. And 5k under equity. Obviously it's a lot of hidden random luck and such but and I'm probably running really good in spots as far as hitting the right parts of peoples ranges and such goes, but it's still very nice to feel that I might actually be a winning player at 10/20.
Also, it might be the fact that I've been having some real nice results the last 8 weeks or so, but I feel that I can deal with beats much better then before.
Been trying to grind low stakes on fulltilt for ages however... it proves to be harder than i thought.
I feel like ive been playing pretty well except for a few hands which ive been trying to get help from by posting them in LP. Ive also been watching alot of vids on how to play but things just keep going up and down for me.
Is the grinding process meant to be this difficult and frustrating? My strategy has basically been following the articles in LP with minor changes.
Sooo here are my stats, pls comment on my stats and how i can improve my play.
As requested here are all my pots that i lost >50bb this month so far. Gonna record a video of me playing later also, so that you guys could help me improving.
Thanks for any comments.

·6 now this hand I butchered. normally i 3bet JJ pf but this time it didnt seem rigth against this guys utg open and i decided to just flat it. now when the flop comes i think my JJ still is in good shape usually and so i call and when vick flats behind me i put him on a draw, mainly a fd but he might also have a weak king or something imo. then the turn comes lex bets out so at this moment i put him on AK at least, flush didnt make much sense for him to have but i knew that vick probably has it so i was kinda lost what to do, i thought of raising but i wanted to hit my fh cheaply on the river and hoped that vick would just call behind i guess. then he minraised and i was almost 100% sure that he had the flush, so lex flats and i get ~ 0,16 pot odds or 6-1 which is basically break even for me. but the river bricks and i talk myself into calling because i thought there is still a slim chance that i might be good here but ofc it is not. well:/ + Show Spoiler +

Auch, TILT, quit for the dayby piratematerial, August 07
Here a quick update. i was actually playing and getting some nice matches in. But because of what just happened i'm too tilted too continue right away. Firt the good news i'll post the results of yesterday, they were solid. And today started off really well, i was running good and just crushing bad opponents. Playing well but also winning flips. Theoretically it doesn't matter if you lose flips because you'll win his stack anyway in the long run but usually they are instantly gone and your reads and time invested into getting them are worthless.
Anyway how the hell did i just lose 10 buyins in 300 hands?? it was 2 tabling 2 different villains. 1 called 80% of my button opens OOP and proceded to either call down everytime i was barreling and folding most of the times i was vbetting or improving from bottom to two pair or to a straight or whatever, you know. hand after hand after hand. he quit me when i finally started running my stack up a little but he was up 3 buyins.
The other opponent was opening a decent amount like 75% with raises from the button. so far so good. he called too much of my opoens with 50% BUT what i would think :S is a big leak is that he called 100% of my 3bets. and i 3bet him ALOT only for value. i increased my value range a little bit and left out the hands i would sometimes bluff with and i think i was 3betting like 17%.
he owned me in every way possible. just outflopping, outvbetting, outdrawing, outluckboxing everything on me. i was trying to capitalize on the fact that my 17% range should beat his 75% range but this was not working at all.
when i finally start winning some back i have AQ, 3bet him. and afte 160 hands or so he 4bets me for the first time.. we are now 150bb deep and though i'm very happy trying out Krantz theory usually. This just didnt seem like a good spot. i was a little bit too shove happy, because i was getting crushed so hard. it was kind of deep. there was no 4 bet dynamic at all. he would just call every 3bet.. maybe he levelled me there. he must have known i was tilted so expecting some good action.
I quit him when i was like 6bi down. in retrospect there are like 3 hands i wish i would have played differently and also it really sucks because i think i have a huge edge on him definetely now i know how he actually plays in these 3 bet pots. while playing i was just guessing how he played calling 100% of 3bets, for example i assumed he would sometimes float air in 3bet bet pots but only thing he once floated was a weak A hi. Also he never raised me on the flop. not with draws/air/nuts.
i think 8 buyins are due to variance (i think a lot of it is created when so many 3bet pots are played) and maybe 2 i didn't need to lose but i wasn't thinking so clear anymore. i decided it was better to quit, take a shower and get prepared because i have a barbecue in an hour or so and i need to buy some beer! That will take my mind of the sickness and tomorrow there is another day.
big step back in my results so far , still feel confident again already after writing this down and going over the hands in my head. the setups, the mistakes. etc.
My buddy just turned me on to an Aussie rap group named Low Budget. Personally, I think they're awesome, but they don't seem very well known. Just curious are they popular/known over there?
For everyone who hasn't heard, first one is fire, second one is dece but the only real video:
Kirsten Dunst on drugs! by piratematerial, August 07
Just got back from my workout (yes Juan everyday!). I kept it kind of short since i've been working out a lot lately and have been feeling tired. Today i have been benchpressing and doing some fly's, shoulders and ofcourse finished up with the mandatory abs. Unfortunately my gym is doing some redecorating and as a result they have no proteine shakes available.. now how am i supposed to become a monster of muscle?
so i went to pick up some proteíne rich food at the supermarket when my eye caught something in the newsstand. a very well respected magazine - their circulation is mostly compromised of doctors and dentists, so highly educated people you know - said KIRSTEN DUNST ON DRUGS! now how shocking is that?? how shocking.. my heroíne. i mean you must love her in Spiderman.. She was what i loved most about the whole movie.
first Kurt Kobain then Michael Jackson and now this..
just want to put it out there: KIRSTEN I LOVE YOU EVEN ON ALL THE DRUGS IN THE WORLD
what has come off the world? Peace! i'm out, i'ts about time for my daily dosis of gamble.

So Swedish 2nd class celebrity, singer and poker player got caught multi accounting or something in some stars donkament of some kind. The people over at the very funny, somewhat retarded, fairly right wing and extremely politically incorrect Swedish forum I post a bit on obviously found this really entertaining since she's basically everything most of those people hate. They argue that it's bad that "stupid people" like Dilba gets to be famous since she's annoying and what not. I argued that at least she's somewhat pretty, which makes up for it since you can never be totally bored when you look at a pair of boobies. Thus, Dilba on TV is much better then an ugly dude on TV, you know, like Fredrik Reinfeldt. The counter argument was that she was, in fact, ugly. After asking some poker players whom I feel might be fairly decent at pokering the votes are 3-1 in favour of "Boinkable".
Dustylove> boinkable?
Guts4Garters> ye
flipius88> she's boinkable ofc
Dustylove> cool!
flipius88> but kinda cheap
flipius88> not many 40-yr old asses i would tap
_P9_ did however first ask what "boinkable" was and then he stated that he did, in fact, not feel like making "boink boink boink" sounds with said girl in a bed or something. I don't know if his vote should be taken seriously though, since he looks to be like 12 y/o, thought that the odds of me winning a MMA fight against Unibet Pro Micke Norrinder should be 5-1 against. Granted that he has like 25kg on me there's still no way the odds should be that high! WTF he's like 40 and there's no way he can move very fast. Also except for a sneak attack from Pinball when I was drunk I'm 2-0 in random bar fights. I've got a fairly mean right elbow.
Thus; watch the clip, on mute if you are easily disturbed by generic pop music, and then state if you deem the darker girl boinkable. Thank you.
im thinking of selling herion in large quantities. itd be a lot less stressful than heads up poker. god this shit is out of control. look how bad my blue line is. if you check my stats im not some crazy lag. i just get coolered and sucked out on the river like there was no tomorrow. it was great at first killin nl200 for like 12ptbb/100 for like 20k hands but its been all downhill since.
( this is mostly when i moved down to nl100 when i started using hem because i figured itd help me stop losing )
Lol, had a pretty good month of poker in July. I start August and it seemed to be normal but then i had a few bad beats and once those hit they never stopped. I have been trying to make a few changes to my game through more/less tables and that is probably a big part of why this is happening. Hopefully it'll end soon.
And I love my job, I am an admin for Financial Risk and Governance team at one very well established UK Pensions and Insurance company.
Our goal is to basically control other departments, help them assess various risk and statutory procedures and present the progress and controls in place monthly / quarterly/ yearly to the Finance board.
Its fun because the team is very friendly, because I know about everything that goes wrong in the company from a dude in some minor team being sick for a month to £100m losses due to bad predictions.
Its like looking over everybody's shoulder I would say.
What more, Lloyds TSB bank , our parent company, has acquired second largest Scottish bank some time ago, and the integration is starting to kick-in, basically allowing me to see theory I studied being applied right before my eyes, in a post where I know about any issues.
-Ideal Placement for one year Intern ship I must say.
Well, everything can't be rosy, and one area in my life has been suffering tremendously: Poker
I love poker. Last 5 months I always sat down, started tables and didn't stop unless I was extremely tired or lost at least 1/3 of my BR. Average 100k Hands/month in first 5 months, that must be something.
But It was fun and I loved doing it because it was the only thing apart from extremely easy studies going on in my life, and I was driven by a great motivator - Money(I was completely broke with expensive rent on my neck)
But now not only I have had fun at my job, I also left a lot of energy there, but whats more - they even promised me hard cash for my struggle.Despite this I went on with both Work and Poker in the same way as before.
And as Work comes first, when I sat down at the tables as usual I had no energy, no fun, and no motivation.
What follows you can guess: 9+tabling zombie mode, and not giving a shit really.
I will just stick to the results, Since I started working:
Bullshit. I'd sooner have sex with Barbra Streisand. I enjoy Poker a lot, even in zombie mode I am still entertained at least by some funny /great hands.Plus, my goal is still crystal clear and I just have to work around it : Be a solid NL200 Winner in 13 Months to be able to pay my last year of University.
But obviously I just can't do what I did - randomly sit at the computer and POKAAAA anymore.
Time is now a scarce resource for me, rather than the thing I have oh too much of, and I need to somehow get back my focus and stamina.
For Starters, I am starting to do something many of you grinders do, but us notorious multitablers never can force ourselves to comply with - set clearly defined times for my sessions.
Say I know I will play from 19:00 to 20:30, and I simply will quit at 20:30 unless I have some brutal heater.
I will try to see Poker as an activity that is somewhat special, and I will Play poker during my free time, rather than having some free time during endless poker grind.
Any Other Tips on how to cope with full time job and Poker would be much appreciated.
first results of my rebuildig projectby piratematerial, August 06
In the good bloggers tradition i'll update you from time to time with some results. Here are the results of whatever Holdemmanager calls "yesterday". it appears to me that it supposes i play from the USA or that axis of time. No problem, i'll just put yesterday's results up here as there is always another session to be played "today".
i'm not too concerned with results. i don't really care about them too much. Other then that i am an utter chagrin if they are bad and in a good mood when they are good. i never check but somehow you just know how you are doing.. i am supplying this update to give you some context to my blog. You can see whether i'm working toward my goals and whether there is hope for this fighter.
first results aren't too good. i have to start somewhere. BUT the day ended on a good note and i think i played really well in most matches. i was simply running really bad, especially aipf. i could project the +Ev line on there and it would be very close to 0 but i think it's kind of a bullshit line anyway and it will confuse any readers that aren't pokersavies.
i was very happy with how i played this hand. will update some more hands from a fun match tomorrow. maybe it looks to FPS but i think all the conditions i could think off were right. and i just had that feeling. you know. i just felt it. he got nothing. i know it.
and then i pulled the trigger like like a trained sniper; accurate and deadly PEEEEEEEEEEW! what a
After my visit in Poland and reading polish issue of Card Player i really want to buy English version thinking that it will be much better. What i can say, i`m really disappointed as it's more adverts then good poker articles and most of them you can get on website.
Ok it's not point be such a offensive person if you paid so silly money for it.
Article about Devilfish was so crappy as i never ever will read anything with this name on top. I really like another one with Sammy "Any Two" George.. why? i don't know really it's more about person then history specially that someone can say playing any two are crazy.. It's nothing bad for me as a lot ppl play any two to get more experience how ppl playing in different spots.
Last day was again ev- and it's such a bad think when you playing best starting hands and someone with garbage flopping nutts.
next target.. get HEM for Omaha and try analyze game as i`m so bad playing with good luck factor.
Ah, btw anybody know really good book (pdf version) for SH PLO? for start, please not Doyle...
