this is just 10 buyins

you can really expect these on a regular basis. "luckily" the 30 buyin ones are more rare. try to profit from a downswing by questioning your game (in a good way) and maybe you will return the stronger for it.

Dude stop spewing exactly also make intelligent plays not intelligent calls. And if you are playing which you must not be then play tighter like fold KQo J10o ect in mid pos and play your good hands aggresive and carefull.

that could very well be standard variance

Just look at all the hands every session that u lost > 1/2 BI
then ask yourself -> did i play the hand correctly or did i do something wrong

try to play every hand > 1/2 BI the correct way without looking at the reuslts.

Why did i lose
bad luck or bad play ?
