Hi eveybody. Yea I know, I know, I'm too lazy to make updates regularly. But today I just felt like doing this and so I do.
Poker
First of all I'm going to share some poker news with you. The life-related stuff is, I guess, boring to most of you so I'm going to start this entry with some poker things.
Actually these stats are not complete because my PT sometimes sucks and doesn't upload some hands. But I've been making my BR updates in an Excel file since the beginning of the year and in reality I was up (only?) $1,276.70 + I withdrew $758 . I managed to take 2nd place in RTR freeroll on Betfair and won $1k . In the end of January I had my second session with RiKD. I like how he thinks about each hand etc. and I recommend him as a coach. I realize though that I didn't talk too much, didn't ask too many questions. I guess I was kind of ashamed of my English skills lol. My BR was over $11k.
And now February comes. In the beginning I was on another trip - this time to London, so I started playing on 7th. After all rakebacks etc. I had $11,422.45. The first day of playing was pretty good. I won almost $700 and felt like I'm going crush poker tables every other day in February but obviously the very next day after my huge win I managed to lose over $600. Then I had 4 good days when I won over $1,5k . And again. Poker gods didn't let me think I can win at this game forever. On Feb 13th (yea..unlucky 13) I lost almost $1,1k, and the next day another $600. Ok I won't write about how I ran each day but after many many stressful poker sessions THIS day came. 2 days ago (on 27th) I had the best day in my poker career. http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r98/gawuss/bestday.jpg
Actually after some calculations I was up $2,034.43 . It's more than my PT shows only because of the bad $/€ exchange rate and since I got a pretty big part of my roll in € some dollars added to these winnings.
My Excel 'database' shows I'm already up $2,600.93 +$292 in withdraws and something in bonuses. I also ended 15th/1030 in weekly $150k GTD on Towergaming and got $1050 for it. It seems like I'm getting better at donkaments .
Maybe it's not that I'm getting better at poker as you may think. It might be just Dusty's luck. I've already had 3 sessions with him including one in which I was sweating him. We're going to do this regularly to help our game a little and improve it. He's a great guy, I'd love to meet him some day because he's just awesome .
I guess it's all about poker. Now let me tell you about my Italy trip in January.
Italy - Val di Sole
Hmm...there's nothing interesting to tell (or maybe too much lol). All in all it was a great fun. I love snowboarding but I'd still like to learn some tricks etc. cause I haven't done much about it yet. Btw. we're thinking about making another snowboarding-week in May but this time in Austria. Hopefully our plans will go off well, I'm looking forward to it.
Oh and by the way, we met a guy from Mexico - Jose , who came there with a polish dude from our city. He was pretty cool. It was funny to see a Mexican skiing hehe
London
After a little less than 2 weeks after coming back to Poland I had another trip - this time it was a trip to London organized by my school. Except for the journey with a bus, it was great. I loved this city. When we went on a Trafalgar Square there was a plenty of people. I've seen some Chinese or w/e girl with a 'Free Hug' banner, 2 hippies who were drawing some nice painting on the ground, and a huge black guy who was singing and dancing in front of a big crowd. It was funny
We've also been to Cambridge and Canterbury. I really liked Cambridge, because it was so quiet and all those colleges - they looked like big castles, it was really awesome.
So overall I'm up like 500 € this month including rakeback and donkament scores, which isn't much, but I'm in the green for the first time in 3 months and that's nice. Gotta get back into crushing 1/2€ for a month or so and then I might jump into bigger games again.
Also, Gawuss and I have been talking a lot of poker and watch each other play and I've learned a thing or two and I sure recommend people to get a friend to watch them play from time to time. It's really good.
moving up to 200nl monday but im afraid coz lostaccount is there already (LOL). won my last 2.5bi today then called it a month already. next month ill prolly start playing longer sessions like 4 to 5k hands each day first then move up to 200nl the moment i hit 12k mark 1st week of march. gtg peace out. goodluck everyone!yay!
And i promise not to fuck up 25nl anymore coz I think its just -ev putting in a lot of hands in that limit haha
Yup. I'm all packed and ready. Friend of mine
has bought a house and I'm gonna share the main floor with him. Its a sweet deal since he's a really good friend, and he works in L.A right now, I'm in canada, so I'll have the place to myself most of the time anyways. There's 3 bedrooms obv one for me and one for him, and my daughter and his 2 daughters are going to share a room when they are over for the weekends. Right now, I'm living at another friends place in his unfinished basement. Long story, life beat, separation --> divorcel, rebuilding.
Poker has gone great in the past 2 months. My cashouts have almost been as much as my real job income. Needed that cuz of first and last month's rent this month and also just bought a nice pimpin King size bed which gets delivered at my new home this Saturday.
I had these expenses this month so I'm not getting ahead in poker. I dont mind continuing to grind 50NL for awhile longer though. December was xmas and my daughters birthday that month so I spoiled the shit out of her. January I paid down a $1500 credit card to zero wich my bitchface x-wife racked up in the first place, plus I lived like a true micro stakes baller for the month.
March is going to be different though. I really plan on playing a lot of poker like 60k hands. I think I'm going to buy a new computer though. My computer scares me sometimes, its like 4.5 years old and I've had to replace a bunch of stuff in it over the past 6months. Its cut into poker profits too cuz when it is'nt working I'm not working. I want a kick ass computer. With a kick ass monitor. But I have an ok 17" monitor right now. If i was going to move to stars id love to give mass tabling a try with no overlap. My PTDB seems to be getting too big. Postgres is fucked on my comp and I cant seem to get it working so its starting to slow down performance. Time to start fresh.
I also want to get an xbox 360. I'm addicted to playing rockband. My 8 year old daughter loves it too. The friends that i live with now have it. My kid comes over and sings like a mofo. Its awesome. That's gonna run me like $600 to get the system and the game. Ship it.
I'm rolling on the tricycleby eelnosaj, February 28
I finally got rid of the belief that it was impossible to make money online. Yes I had seen people do it, and I know people who are succesful, but deep inside I didn't believe it. Now I believe it, I was at 20 bucks last monday and today im at 130, which far exceeded my goals for the week. So things look good so far.
My goals for now are just to get too 200, then 300, then 400 etc. Until I finally reach 600 so I can start 25nl.
At best I could get there in 2 weeks. But a moderate pace I think is a month, which at this point I think is very achievable.
If I make 30 bucks a night (which I've proven to myself is possible), thats 150 in 5 days. X 4 thats 600, and I have the 130 I already have as booster fuel to get there.
My daily goals then is to make 30 a day.
My monthly goal is to get my BR to 600.
If all goes to plan I should see 25nl in March.

Barack Obama.... please read
Body: Obama 'Frightens Me'. The Bible has warned us that 'A man will come from the East that will be charismatic in nature and have proposed solutions for all our problems and his rhetoric will attract many supporters!'
When will our pathetic Nation quit turning their back on God and understand that this man is 'A Muslim'....First, Last and always....and we are AT WAR with the Muslim Nation, whether our bleeding-heart, secular, Liberal friends believe it or not. This man fits every description from the Bible of the 'Anti-Christ'!
I'm just glad to know that there are others that are frightened by this man!
Who is Barack Obama?
Very interesting and something that should be considered in your choice.
If you do not ever forward anything else, please forward this to all your contacts...this is very scary to think of what lies ahead of us here in our own United States...better heed this and pray about it and share it.
snopes.com ..' confirms this is factual. Check for yourself.
Who is Barack Obama?
Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black MUSLIM from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white ATHEIST from Wichita , Kansas.
Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.
When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a RADICAL Muslim from Indonesia.
When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a MUSLIM school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.
Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, 'He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.'
Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that that he is not a radical.
Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's
education.
Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta.
Wahabism is the RADICAL teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a CHRISTIAN when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background. ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran.
Barack Hussein Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegiance nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches. Do you want someone like this as your PRESIDENT?
Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy.
The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level - through the President of the United States, one of their own!
Please forward to everyone you know. Would you want this man leading our country?...... NOT ME
IOASDJFOAIDJFOADF;OFJ i fucking hate christians and their stupid bullshit.

I hit a heavy downswing recently mostly from opponents hitting river cards while I was the favorite on turn card. I lost almost every big pots because of those and just crashed myself from nl10 to RIP. All these hands happened last 2-3 days and I had the best hand at the turn. There were many more.

Everytime I grinded 7, I would lose 10 and it kept repeating itself and it eventually tilt me out. I was thinking why am I always getting rivered and always suckout? After cooling down and a lot of thinking, I realized it wasn't only me. I knew luck wasn't the only thing to blame and I needed to fix my leaks. I was sure I had a lot of leaks but I didn't know where to start. Here are the few I thought of.
1. I first realized when I have good hands, I just cbet without looking back. I noticed I stopped looking at textures and draws. Even if it wasn't getting rivered, I realized someone could've beaten me with flush/straight.
2. I make bad decisions against shortstackers. For example, in 10nl, when a shortstacker with 10~30bb all-ins, I would just call with hands like Kx,Ax. It is really dumb. I would win sometimes but keep losing to shortstackers added up.
3. I overplay hands. While I was reading someones HH, someone mentioned something like "Just fold here, why risk a pot? Put your money in better spots". For example, I would bet or call at river with AK and AKQJx on board 'thinking' my opponent wont have that one card.
4. Leaving when over 200bb. Some might disagree with this but I will be following this rule for a bit. Sometimes I would have 30-40$ stack in nl10 and it would be nice if i doubled but lose 3-4 buyins instantly if someone has that kind of stack also.
After keeing all these in mind, I wanted to take another shot at poker. I started two days ago with $50 and here are the results. I slowly grinded up and had almost 20 buyins to take a shot at 5nl but the last $5 was the hardest. It took about 1000 hands to get that last 5 bucks.
I know this is a very small sample but unlike my previous graph where it goes wildly up and down, this one is gradually going up. Hopefully, it will stay like this.. I gonna take a stab at 5nl now. Wish me luck.
" Playing the game " - This months recapby kNkiDDa, February 28
Do you know the games which are being played when a man and a woman court each other? Have you seen the retarded movies and tv shows which have written a constitution and rulebook how the game is played?
To give you an example:
Guy X finds Girl Y hot. He then confronts her, asks for her cell number, lies how beautiful her hair is and what for and exquisite pair of boobs are hung on her bosom...
Well, that's not the hole story. He then has to stay in touch with her, after they have dated he then has to write her a text and call her. She on the other hand must keep him in uncertainty and hanging to a cliff.
Some of you who might have read previous posts know that I had a huge party at my place. Well it was not a dickfest - plenty pussy was present. I got hold of 3 cell phone numbers although I was drunk as f*ck.
I repeat that I was totally drunk, a side effect was that one of the numbers was from a girl who had a face like a beach hit by a tsunami.
The other two, lets say one is girl X, the other girl Y.
Girl X is sex bomb. Girl Y is the girl you love to hang out with, who has nice looks and decent boobies.
Well, since we guys are totally about looks I contacted Girl X. She immediately wrote me back and asked whether I was serious about going out and date... No reason why I should deny. I was frantic, happy and looking forward to try to hook her up. NOT SO FAST YOUNG BOY.... Since then I have not heard from her. She doesn't answer my texts and lets her girlfriend send cryptic and blurry messages. Total bullshit.
Well. Since girl X chose to be a fucking bitch I went for girl Y. I called her, set a date, and we will go out soon! Ship it. Fuck those picky, spoiled and wannabe bitches. She was past her prime anyway(even though she just hit the 20s).
__________________________________________________________________________
As you know I have restarted poker this January with 80$. I was at 590 at the start of this month. Now my roll is at exactly 1600$, I have cashed out 550 during the process. So I am up about 1500-1600$. Quite a lot of hands missing in my Poker Office database.
Well this is today's stats: http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/1458/24391632ac6.jpg
So i hit over 500$ and thought i play some 5card draw for fun so i saw very agressive player there and after playing some i decided to play fullstacked to slow his play down so i reloaded to 50$ and then it came the hand what i was waiting for.
So i start with 3 kings and he draws 2 and u loose to full house http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394702
Ok so i was pissed and thought ok i do some 25nl session i got money and shit. But i start out horrible because there is some fucking luckbox donk fag who calls with any raise with any 2 suted and keep sucking me out calling 2 streets with bottom pair or some shit and hitting bottom trips on river etc. Floating 2 overs and getting king on river. So i lost all BIG PAIRS QQ QQ AA KK to that guy and was down 100$ but i kept playing and after 1200+ hands i was even but it was
ugly ride. Basically i only played pairs AK AQ and raised some KQ AJ up and some shittier hands vs that fag
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394705 - this shows how soft 25nl is http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394733 - i find in hard spot again vs that luckbox fag http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394784 - ok i have set of jacks but that guy insta overbets pot then flush hits board. So i was thinking i felt like fuck he definately have flush. But chances are he has 2 pair or lower set also. So i was thinking fuck if i call this bet i am beat anways better but him allin 5$ because if i am wrong i miss value anways. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394749 - fucked gets lucky even then i flop set of kings http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394747 - slowplayed kk wow went well. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394793 - standard would be fold but then i opened hand history i was he was on table like 15 hands and took down like 10$ so he was those kinds hyperagressive donk who wants to gamble and double himself up what ever like those who are willing to gamble with even AJ for fullstack ..and i was right. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394785 - i put him some AJ or Ax shit doing that kinds of play and i dont like somone trying to fuck with me so i put him allin pre with 99 http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394707 - real fucking hard spot with kk ...spew spew i think http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/394730 - how to loose with straight on turn
Ok I have question what is more profitable on 25nl? Slowplay aces vs raise on position or reraise them? Because i seemed getting no action if i reraise those guys.
Well, I just got my official offer letter from Aon Consulting. I came home during Spring Break for an interview on Monday. I thought it went well and when I received a voicemail the next day regarding a followup to the interview after missing the call, I didn't really consider that it might be important. Yesterday, they called twice(and I missed both calls) but I finally called them back and they gave me an offer! It's in Somerset, NJ which is about 90 minutes from my house and pays $20/an hour. So I am pretty excited that I won't be bored as hell this summer.
In poker, I have continued to crush live games for about $200 this year. This is playing only 5 times at .25/.50 so it's not bad. I recently deposited $50 on FTP for the bonus. Well by the time the bonus was done I had $97. One day, I saw Stinger885 at his table on FTP. So i flipped for a bit with Gambler2K4, after losing about 10 $2 flips, i won 3 hands to go from $2 to $45. I then picked up KK and I'm like YES. I got it in against gambler's 72 and stinger's 65. The flop was all blanks. Turn 5, river 5. NO!!!!!!! I was down to $80 and that's when I decided to take a break since i had an exam in about 4 days. After the exam, I started playing and just plain losing until I lost everything on Sunday. I was losing 88/12 left and right. Well, that allowed me to concentrate on my Interview which paid off. Well turns out i have $78.94 in rakeback in just 7 days of playing microstakes! I guess I can continue during the summer when I am bored as hell living by myself . Gl all.
I played the first god of war the day it came out, i played it without sleep until I beat it, such an awesome game, everything was perfect except maybe it coulda been a bit longer.
I played the 2nd god of war the day it came out, it was everything I wanted, it fulfilled all of my desires... up until the ending which was a fucking lameass cliffhanger. I was so pissed off with the ending of the 2nd one, but I eagerly awaited for #3 to come out and I just learned that it's only coming out on the PSP
