feels good getting to sleep early for the first time. woke up and went to my comp and played 200nl slightly borderline rolled for it, but took my shot anyway. thought' if i win/lose a buyin, id go back to 100nl. well i stacked one reg there and two shorties, so i guess 500 hands is enough for now. i couldve played better then this nit minraises me on a very wet board for stacks i suppose coz he was kinda awkarad 3/4 stack on a RR pot. i couldve gotten it in with KK in pos on a flush draw j107 board and this nit check minraises my lead, him being the under the gun raiser and huge nitbag with awkard stacks i just layed the nuts and figured that if im playing this way for now at this limit coz of the money involved? that spot is kinda standard to just stick in against a random i guess. so i decided that after wining 1.5bi at 200nl, i think i should wait for at least 40bi before i permanently stay at 200nl. i mean being a nit is bad enough, being gay is another thing lol. oh well, good shot and ill be playing short sessions there but mostly just playing 24 tables at 100nl and now that im at supernova level already, can play a shitload of hands and not be worried too much about results and get a lot of fpps while doing the thing i like to do. its like getting paid for sex in way hahaha. whore

Anyway, I reformatted my computer which took 2 days cause Dell cut corners on the vostro's and didn't put the factory restore image in there, so I had to do it the old fashioned way. And then it wouldn't finish installing cause of some weird problem the vostro HD has with vista. Finally figured it out today and am in the process of reinstalling everything. I've wanted to reformat for a while cause when I upgraded my anti-virus it messed up all my games (CS, COD4, HL2) and I haven't been able to get em to work since. But I've been way too lazy, hehe. So since I was just spewing money at poker I decided I'd reformat and force myself to take a break. Gonna re-install shit today and start poker again tomorrow or the next day, depending on how I feel.
The bad thing is that i know that the problem is with my game. Since i was well rolled for 200 nl i made a cashout of 1000$, then proceeded to lose on regular basis and now i am stayin with just under 3000$ roll thinking what to do to get out of this bad run in company of retard play. My bb at the moment 15.56 at NL12 (pounds 0.3-0.6) and since its over 10k hands its def sustainable right?
so my problem now is im not playing NL 20 as much simply because my bb there is like 2 and im making far more money at NL12 + its less streeful = happiness EV.
I did take a shot at NL40 and i am 14.4/bb but thats just over 200 hands so that number is meaningless.
Anyway.. suggestions? What should i do? Theres obviously a tradeoff between improving and making more money. Should i just skip NL20 altogether and move to NL40 when i made enough? Im gonna use 25 buy ins so thats when my roll is 1k.

So thins are great! I almost cleared a 50$ bonus, so my roll is ~1500$ now. My plan is to play NL50 till end of May, cuz i will cash out a bit to buy a new 24" monitor /it about ~360$ here/. When i hit 2200-2300, i'll take a shot to NL100!
Now i'm going to sleep a bit, cuz im fucking tired... A friend of mine calls me at 2AM, when i just finished my session. He said, he's in deep shit. What the...? He had to write a puzzle solving program in JAVA till 7AM, with 3 different solving algorythms /if anyone interrested: backtrack, AAsterik, Widthsearch/ The guy helped me a lot when i was in hole, and ofc he paid for me to do it. Apart from poker I'm _REALLY_ sick, last year I got my tonsils taken out because I literally was missing 2-3 days a week of Year 12 school which was fucked up and they had been giving me trouble my whole life (swelling preventing breating, ear infections, sinus problems etc). Anyway turns out the fucks have decided to start growing back so I might have to go through it all over again, fuck. Seriously post-op is the worst thing, you can't eat shit, you can't talk, your breath stinks like shit and you have the worst taste in your mouth _ever_. FUCK! To top all that off I have to get wisdom teeth out in a couple months. I suppose I shouldn't be whinging, I was born healthy, I'm not ugly, It's not a challenge for me to keep fit and I have a great family/friends. AND NOW AN EVEN BETTER BANKROLL!
Finally got my bankroll over 25k €. Now I only need to dubble that and then I can take some shots at 5/10. Gotta stop spewing so much before that though. I'm running pretty good and if I keep this up I might have my biggest winning month ever which would be really great with the summer coming up. I'd really love to be properly rolled for 5/10 (100k USD?) before the year is over.

Life's really good, Law school is going good enough, I'm stakeing some dude who's killing NL20 and thanks to him I play longer sessions and such. He's actually a pretty good handreader and makes some really sick calls. It's mostly variance I guess but every time I see him calling 3rd pair for stacks he seems to be good.
A couple of weeks ago I meet some anorectic girl who apparently lives like 50 meters from me. She's cool as hell and great to hang out with, but she's kinda weird. Really +ev investment though, apparently she's been somewhat healthy for like a year and a half and according to teh internetz she should start gaining weight soon and it's my Layman's Opinion that she'll look really great if she puts on some weight. I talked a bit to Sanai about it and he's a really smart kid. When he gets the hang of poker I'm sure he'll move up quickly. If you see him post hands do me a favor and comment on them, I know that he's been a huge contributer to other forums about other things then poker so it's probably a good idea to invest some time in helping him now. He'll probably pwn us all in a couple of years .

So as of late I've really been just dinking around on poker for a good four months or so. I would grind my bankroll up to like 3k and then piss it all away on NL1000 playing some random guy HU or I'd go take a stab at NL200 6 handed and get rocked. Stuff like that. Well, I get run over by bottom two against my top pair with K kicker. bleh... down to 600 mother fucker -_-;; i really don't know what the fuck i was doing anyways. whatever. from there i'm on raging tilt because i'm in the state of "oh poor craig. he runs so poorly. woe is me!" well, fuck him! i'll put my last 600 dollars on the table and suck him out! YA!!! that's what i'll do! so i instantly rebuy back in and i get deal A6 on the BB. he raises on the button, i repop him, the guy repops me for 100-something and so i'm thinking fuck you cunt! I'M ALL IN!!!!! HE INSTANTLY CALLS me with TT (WHAT THE FUCK! RUN ANY BETTER!!!!!) so i'm a massive underdog preflop but i spike my ACE!!!! Played 3/6 at Canterbury Park in Minnesota w/ Jon(Svenman87 here). We played at the same table and he had position on me ldo. Everyone was awful save for one player, and the table was soft as shit. The 10% rake + the BBJ, though, raped like always. This wasnt a "serious" run as Jon and I usually played 15/30 and 6/12, respectfully, but I just got back from college on Sunday so It'd be fun to splash around a bit. Some notable hands:
I straddle, Jon double straddles(lol, we were the only ones to ever straddle) and I look down @ red Queens and 4bet it when it comes around(4 callers) and they all call. Flop is Jd2x7d. I bet, 4 callers. Turn blanks, 3 callers, river completes a gutshot, 2 callers and I flip the overpair and rake my biggest pot of the night.
Last hand of the night and I straddle with AsKs, Jon double straddles again haha(by now people are getting pissed because it really does seem like we're bloating pots for one another but we really are not colluding in any way). Flop is like 478 rainbow, I bet, get a stupid amount of callers, and shut down and check and c/f two blanks giving the board something like 478J2 rainbow. There is a bet and a caller on the river and AT high takes down the huge pot. Sick life.
I ended up 120, jon ended up down about a hundo and I shipped him 60(half profit, like we always do)

Anyway, I suck at poker so there is no news. I can't beat 6.50 sngs, -14 from a peak of +133. I have been running bad, but obviously playing bad too. I won a HU tourney at school so that was fun. I'm going to my internship for the summer, then start playing a .50/1 homegame and some 1/2 and mtts at turning stone in august. GL All,
So I've been playing NL2 steadily since my last update. Lost a few buy-ins early in, but I really started analyzing my hands a lot and reading a lot of articles in addition to my playing. I also reviewed a lot of HH with a couple of friends who play higher limits and received a ton of enlightening feedback.
So... for the past few days, I've logged about 4k hands and I've winning at about 20bb/100, putting my BR at around $75 as of this moment. My original plan was to play till $100 to take a shot at NL5, but I'm feeling good right now, very solid, so I'm considering taking a shot at NL5 with a 2-bi stoploss rule.
What do you guys think? My friend thinks that there isn't much difference between NL2 and NL5 so it's worth a shot. I guess I'd like some input from the board, esp. if there are any serious nay-sayers.
Other than that, back in NJ after having graduated a few weeks ago. Spent most of May with my girl on campus, but decided to come back home for a little over a week to spend time with friends and family before I ship out to Mongolia. Been eating a ton (mmm Korean food) and riding my dad's Harley when not playing poker. Heh, my life schedule is such a fucking wreck = wake up at around 1PM, eat, ride motorcycle, bum around, start pokering at around 5PM till dinner time, eat, play another session, and then webcam with my girl for about half an hour (while trying to get her naked ofc - titties only tonight).
Tomorrow should be fun. Headin' out to the city to meet up with some of my closest friends from youth - expect to get fucked up and have some adventures. The last time I did this (not recent enough, sadly ;_ we ended up in the shadiest bar in all of Queens, NYC at around 5am with a $500 tab while I got my cock fondled through my pants by a 45-yo Korean bartender lady who offered extras.
