I'm still having trouble getting motivation to put in hands but if I have a bet on the line I'm usually gonna put everything I have into something. Was talking with Mike(nutshot) about next month and what I could potentially do for a prop bet. I suggested that I think I can make $10k next month at 100NL FR. He thought that there was no way. With all the "in a month" prop bets at 2p2 I thought this might be decent. He's willing to bet against me. Would other people be interested in betting against me? I'm potentially going to be having a 9-5 job very soon but I still think I can do this. I'm not going to be putting in 16 hour sessions like those guys were.
Well as many of you know im in the navy training to be a Seal. Until I get in what I feel is good enough shape to gg the training im doing IT work on a carrier. This can seriously cut into my poker time on occasion... Just had my first 4 day journey at sea which wasnt as bad as i had feared. I think I will be able to go to poker sites online but I wont be able to play.. We will be having a big 6-8 month deployment in mid sept which i am dreading.. so I would like to build a nice roll up before hand. Anyways im back on land for a good 2 weeks then i'll be leaving for 2 weeks then back for a month at least.
I had a wonderful session tonight playing 60$ sngs and some 100nl. Made about 600$ bringing my roll up close to 4k. Looking forward to all day pokerthons the next few days. I'll probably start out playing some cash then when i get tired grind sngs because they require no brain power at all. Im off work until wed so it will be like the old days hehe.. (cept they kick me outta this damn coffee shop at 11 every night so I cant stay tilting until 4am talk about bad beat (or perhaps guardian angel?))
I am leaving today to go to the west side of Turkey and then to Iran and possibly UAE in the next month. Pics and updates will be posted.

Ok,life is soooo strange - most of my friends form high school are graduating University this summer - I will be studying another year for mastership (if I don`t screw things up with my exams in June too much) - and wtf, University is over... What have I achieved,learn,saw for the past 4 years? I am sure about one : I don`t find my specialization (law) useful,nor interesting - the theoretical knowledge is so superficial in it.The sole value of the law is to be in service of people and its not,it is a system (especially in Bulgaria) that few use to profit from making it to appear hard to understand for the others.

Was so sick of poker - deposited 100 USD on a site in march,there was this promotion : I had to make 7000 raked hands for 2 months and get 700 bonus.Was difficult playing NL10 and I was so concentrated acquiring raked hands that lost 150 USD before geting my 700 - just played awfully. I needed the profit so 2 weeks ago started grinding NL5 in iPoker (with what I have left there - 70 USD) and after 15000 hands I am almost rolled with 30 bi for NL10. The more important thing is that I am having fun playing 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day,feeling I thought lost.

The clinton camp is really turning on the waterworks about how sexist the Obama camp and the media are, even going so far as to say the entire media just transcribes Obama conference calls and runs out spewing sexist propaganda or some shit. The big problem is that she can't seem to cite any actual EXAMPLES of sexism, and the few that she mentions are either misunderstandings on her part or not even close to being sexist.
Here's old Geraldine Ferraro on the teevee again, prattling on to Fox News' Shep Smith about how Sexist Barack Obama and his goons in the media are. Considering that Ferraro is a Democrat, and that the more she runs her mouth about Obama hating women, the more Hillary's women will vote for John McCain, we're really studying these clips trying to understand the rage that would lead her to do such a thing. And it seems that many media figures — men! — have been asking Hillary Clinton all sorts of tough questions, for months, about the terrible lies she tells.
The Sexism comes from "all the black journalists" like New York Times columnist Bob Herbert, who Ferraro oddly considers to have any sway among any human being. All of these media figures, she says, basically just transcribe as their opinions what the Obama campaign tells them on conference calls. Well Gerry, maybe they would do the same for Hillary if every Clinton conference call didn't consist simply of Howard Wolfson or Phil Singer telling them all to fuck off.
After praising Fox News, she says Sean Hannity's treatment of Hillary "was not sexist, he just doesn't like Hillary Clinton under any circumstance."
So there you go: Sean Hannity is allowed to dislike Hillary for being a horrible human being, but everyone else is Sexist. Feminism 4evah.
Oh yeah, and if you didn't know the thing she referred to with him brushing his shoulder was when Obama referenced a Jay z song...

But in that song, Jay espouses a certain level of gender equity, specifically noting that "Ladies is pimps, too, go and brush your shoulders off." Had Obama cited "99 Problems," of course, he would have opened himself up to criticism from Ferraro, though, in Jay's defense, "99 Problems" specifically references a time back in '94 when his trunk was raw, and in the rearview was constantly the mother----ing law.
Personally I watched that annie oakley comment and Obama's entire approach at that point was exactly like a stand up comedian, and it was fucking AWESOME!
For the record, I have no problem with women in power, no problem with a female president, and believe 100% in equal treatment/opportunity for men and woman. I also think some feminist ideas are good, but they also get into polar extremes and become idiotic whinny bitches sometimes.
It was nice on Tuesday when Chris Matthews nailed a Hillary supporter by asking "Has Hillary made any complaints about racism in the election in the last few days, or just sexism?" I think he put it better than that so let's blame my flawed memory for any lack of punch it has when I type it out. But I was happy he said it.
Anyway, Geraldine Ferarro is a total nutcase, and Hillary doesn't know when to give up. It will be a great day when she gets the hell out of the race and stops wasting everyones time and money.

I decided to start playing poker online once more. I just received my 50 dollars from FTP and was dealt a hand in the small blind. 58 off suit. Everyone else folded and I completed my blinds. To my surprise the flop came out Q 8 5 (rainbow). I bet 1 dollar on the flop and he quickly reraises me to 5 total so i reraise to 15 where he pushed me all in. I called, and he flips over Q 2 which followed by a quick turn of a Q and there I was drawing dead. I woke up this morning happy to see that the 50 dollars came through. I was even happy when i saw the flop thinking to myself, wow I am going to double up and stop for the day but SCREWWWW YOU FTP!!!

Today was interesting. First off, I started playing within 5-10 minutes of waking up. Not the wisest of ideas.
Even though I didn't play horrible, I realize looking back that I didn't play even close to my best, and I even got wrapped in chatting with some poor demented bitter kid while I was 10 tabling. wtf??

Villain had been minraising me pre out of position constantly. I was going to just get it all in preflop but then realized this was the first time he 5minbet me and I didn't want to shove to get called by better only, whereas if I call here I get action from this guy by worse plenty of times (as this hand shows)
So I think I ran good when I started out this month, killing 2nl and 5nl for atleast 8ptbb. I got myself up to 10nl with my $10 starting roll and beat 10nl for 2 days, then it all went to shit and I didnt have the control to pull back down to 5nl when my roll got low enough. I think im really bad at poker and only managed to run my roll up because I ran good. I've played about 30 hours of 2nl to try start building up again and I've lost, yes I've lost at 2nl.
I'm down at $3 and if i lose this i'll have to grind playchips again to start my roll.
Still possible. If I make it, I owe you a beer. I'll probably remember to buy you one if we ever meet.
Non poker-wise stuff:
1. I haven't fully recovered from the minor surgery I had more than 3 weeks ago yet. I hope it won't take too long before I'll be fully fit and can start going to the gym again.
2. Due to #1 I haven't play billiards for 3 weeks and I have an important league match on Saturday. Fortunately, I started playing again on Tuesday and it looks like my form is almost optimal.
3. 1 and a half week from now in a nearby city (Lodz), where some of my friends study, an annual college party is being held. I have no idea what's the equivalent of this thing in other countries, but in Poland it's basically 3 days of partying without any break :D. Music, games, lots of other entertainment and thousands of drunk students on the streets. My pals invited me. Sweet. The best thing is the "Run of death". What happens is each contestant has to drink one beer as quickly as he can after running 400m (one lap) and proceed running afterwards. IIFC, they have to complete 4 or 5 laps. Lots of puking going on. Pure entertainment. I'll get so waisted, LOL. We'll have 20 liters of moonshine made by one of my friends and there are 6-8 of us that will be drinking it. Tough board TBH. Expect some drunk posts in the near future.
was fooling around nl5 with my friend and ran into that shortstacker. probably not played the greatest but I thought it was funny anyway. the guy took it like a champ.
I'm graduating high school in two weeks and I'm pretty pumped about that. found a summer job with the county park system mowing a golf course everyday 6am-12, so I'll be nitting it up this summer but at least I'll be making decent money. I'd like to get in like 3k hands a day too, haven't had much opportunity to play during the school year. excited for college already next year
Tail end of downswing is prolly over. Running well lately and getting it in when I'm good, get action, and hold up. 200nl is not for me atm, I've won just a little so far but I'm doubtful it's sustainable enough to justify staying there, Hard to adjust toplayers when there's just too many ppl in the pot most of the time. I haven't adjusted to the x3bb raise pf yet, so I guess I'll just keep takin shots and once my BR is solid enough, I'll definitely make 200nl my home. Last 8 days were really gooooood.
