So I think I ran good when I started out this month, killing 2nl and 5nl for atleast 8ptbb. I got myself up to 10nl with my $10 starting roll and beat 10nl for 2 days, then it all went to shit and I didnt have the control to pull back down to 5nl when my roll got low enough. I think im really bad at poker and only managed to run my roll up because I ran good. I've played about 30 hours of 2nl to try start building up again and I've lost, yes I've lost at 2nl.
I'm down at $3 and if i lose this i'll have to grind playchips again to start my roll.

dont worry about ur skill, if u cant move down when ur no longer rolled then u can never win in poker. work on that, and to beat NL2 just play JJ+ AQ+ and u will win over the long run |

As i said it wasnt a downswing, was a run good whilst playing bad, I have been reading a lot of articles and videos... I'm reading more now whilst playing some freerolls to start my roll again (I went bust) |

hmm ur downswing was mostly 10nl.. i played 5nl for 100k+ hands at 4ptbb/100 before moving to 10nl.
imo beat a limit consistently in a good amount of hands before moving up. |
