Battier was moving side-to-side as durant went up in the air. Anyone who thinks that is a charge should review it. And refs never call end of playoff game fouls like that Fisher/Wade one.

I agree completely. I was just saying what fans on respective sides are saying.

Games have been documented as fixed from outside sources... There has never been documented evidence of the league fixing games and independent reviews of games havnt found any evidence either.

People get it in their head the league fixed the games one way or another and then just leave it to selective memory and confirmation bias to prove themselves correct.

Pretty sure I trust Tim Donaghy more than David Stern or anyone else sucking the tit of that corrupt piece of shit. Donaghy confirmed what everyone with half-a-brain saw in game 6 of LAL/SAC.

That's not a matter of agreeing/disagreeing. Heat fans can bitch all they want about that call, it was 100% correct. Now with game 6 in 2002, that's something you can agree/disagree on. Shit is relative.

Insanely detailed analysis of game 6

Summary

As a whole, these plays suggest to me the refs were calling the game honestly, if perhaps not well.

Trees you are completely off-base here. Games have been documented as fixed in the past, go away now. this isn't even remotely close to predicting the end of days or the illuminati in 2012 contemporary society

It was a joke...lighten up. I agree that some games in the past have been rigged, but certainly not stemming from the NBA organization.

heat shot 37,8% vs the thunders 42.9%. Heat won because thunder missed 9 free throws. San Antonio could never stop the thunder from scoring 100+. Seems like the only way to stop the thunder offence is to get Durant in foul trouble. Preety sure Durant is gonna make defensive adjustments for game 4 so he can play 44+ min. I'm also a huge fan of LBJ playing the power forward position, I like him cutting / posting instead of standing top of the key staring at his team. I'd gladly trade 2-3 assists (and turnovers) for an extra 4-5 rebounds

no way heat is winning this.

If LBJ keeps up his 30/10 average the heat r unbeatable in a series.

It blows my mind that people don't give the heat much credit (eg thunder being favored to win in ESPN polls). The heat are the best team in NBA history in terms of absolute player athletic talent (bball skill and relative athletic skill is another story). Expecting them to lose a series against any team is bizarre imo

I think thunder are gonna give an all in effort today, if the heat win tonight its over. It's gonna be up to the refs to find the fouls on Durant

Heat win tonight and win thursday...goin with my pre series prediction that it would heat in 5 if they won game 1 or 2 and heat in 7 if they didn't.

Ibaka's foul on Bosh in the 2nd quarter w/ like 3:30 left...worst call i can remember of the playoffs

edit: wade-rondo might be worse, but it's close

edit2: GG...fucking morons that favored the Thunder to win this series.
