Crazy. Hey so, I notice your EV is above your winnings by quite a bit throughout most of the session, I'm new to HEM etc, what does this suggest? |

you seem to always quit when you hit some pots and get to profit :O
Are you chasing subconsciously and that keeps you playing or just a coincidence?

Long story short, I'd been running like shit this whole year, so at some point i just decided that I've had enough and was gna grind out the variance. Basically decided I was gna break even. |

Do you use anything to keep your brain alert? Already around 90min into the session I notice my brain getting worse and worse at taking in info, analyzing and solving problems. And I only play 4 tables. Also, very nice session and sick grind ethic. |
hmmm I only get this problem when I really need to sleep or am sick.. but generally just wanting to play good makes me play good. |

Maybe you should look in nutrition while u play poker .
Just an example but i f u don't drink enough water u get a bit dehydrated , when ur dehydrated ur performance drops with 20-30 %.
U could take fish oil supplements , regular shakes . vitamins ...
I also read in raszi's blog that elky has studied alot of nutrition . Could give u that 1-5 % more of an edge oO. |

What elky eats/drinks probably gives him 1-5% luck along with the performance...
on a serious note, I have been eating alot healthier if you read 2-3 blogs back, i have been trying to improve the non poker side of my life to try and get better results indirectly |
