Should I do all this things once again? But what then with my IP of my computer becouse it will be double?

hmmm we really did not receive your signup, i think this might have been caused by a server error.
the best thing is to resubmit your information, your ip will not be duplicate since something went wrong when you submitted it. There is no trace of it in the database
