i have a problem here, i get this PM:

"We could not verify your identity with the picture you provided. You will have to submit a better picture (that clearly shows your name + your photo in color, for example an identity card)."


well the ID card here in Chile has a black&white picture and i dont have a driver license or passport so what can I do ?

until when can I upload the picture?, because I can get the "new" ID card that comes with a color picture, but i must wait about 20 days.

i made my account about 5 days until now
yea ...i receive the same message..and i really dont know why..i made my account about 5 days until now...is my first account...and they aproove my account...but they dont want to give the bonus..how is this posible....

Seems youre not serious about the promotion...

i prooved my identity....what i can do more about it ???....
i hope that the admins from this website to keep their promise about the bonus....cause' seems they dont want to answer to PM too.......

yes it is, i removed the message saying it was closed. it was out of date

I think something went wrong when you uploaded your picture, because when i try to view it, it doesn't work. If you resubmit it we can probably see it.

You can mail partypoker and ask them to close the account.
